Organizing a Student Walkout

On November 29, 2016, while serving as TMSU president, Ullah organized a walkout at TMSU’s semi-annual general meeting (SAGM) while a motion was being discussed for TMU to hold an annual Holocaust education week.

Before the motion came to a vote, TMU student leaders reportedly received a WhatsApp message from Ullah asking them to “Lose quorum.” Over 100 students reportedly walked out of the meeting, preventing the motion from being voted on.

On December 19, 2016, at TMSU’s board of directors meeting, the resolution to hold a Holocaust education week reportedly passed “unanimously.”

On February 14, 2017, Ullah posted on Facebook that he “prompted a walk out during the Holocaust education motion” and he had “asked people to lose quorum.”

For more information on the walkout, see the SJP TMU Chapter Profile.

Hatred of Israel

Ullah retweeted a July 16, 2014 tweet that said: “I honestly love Pakistan for this.👏👏#FreePalestine.” The tweet included an image with the text: “Shoutout to Pakistan. The only country to make passports which dont enter the illegal fake state of israel.”

The image showed a Pakistani passport with the text: “This passport is valid for all countries of the world except Israel.”

On August 2, 2014, Ullah reportedly shared an image on Facebook featuring a series of maps titled: “SHRINKING PALESTINE.”

The maps claim that lands once controlled by Britain, Egypt and Jordan as autonomous “Palestinian land” were purportedly stolen by Israel. In February 2016, publisher McGraw-Hill Education recalled copies of a college textbook containing the fraudulent maps. In October 2015, American cable news network MSNBC apologized for airing a similar series of maps and retracted them.

MSA

The MSA was  established by members of the Muslim Brotherhood in January 1963 at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, with the goal of "spreading Islam as students in North America." A 2004 FBI investigation uncovered an internal Muslim Brotherhood document in which a brotherhood leader identified the MSA as "one of our organizations."

The MSA reportedly has “nearly 600 chapters” located in the United States and Canada, and is “the most visible and influential Islamic student organization in North America,” boasting conferences, special events, publications, websites and other activities.

The organization includes a number of previous chapter presidents with explicit links to terrorist groups. Included are al-Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awlaki (Colorado State University), Somali al-Shabaab militant leader Omar Shafik Hammami (University of South Alabama) and Pakistani Taliban recruiter Ramy Zamzam of the MSA's Washington, D.C. council.
