On January 8, 2025, Milner posted on X: "For a socialist revolution in the U.S. to win we need to overthrow white supremacy, imperialism, and our undemocratic political system simultaneously!..."

On April 4, 2025, Milner posted on X, referring to the U.S.: "...dismantle the police state and military industrial complex, and immediately begin transferring power directly to workers on the shop floor."

On December 19, 2024, Milner posted on X, referring to the murder committed by Luigi Mangione: "...The luigi thing is very different but i find it also… notable?"

Luigi Mangione was charged with "murder as an act of terrorism" in the December 4, 2024 shooting of UnitedHealthcare's chief executive Brian Thompson in Manhattan, New York. When arrested, Mangione was carrying a handwritten letter calling healthcare companies "parasitic."

On July 1, 2025, during Israel's war against Hamas terrorists, Milner posted on X: "refusing to retreat on Palestinian liberation after october 7th is one of the proudest moments in the history of American socialism."

On October 7, 2023, Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, kidnapped hundreds and wounded thousands. War crimes included mass rape and torture. Many Palestinian civilians participated in and supported the attacks, and Gazans working in the targeted Israeli communities gave intelligence to Hamas on where to strike.

On June 21, 2025, Milner posted on X: "...No war for genocide! Not one drop of blood for empire!"

On April 15, 2025, Milner posted on X: "I think we *should* be proudly and openly opposed to the U.S. empire and yes, I think that means being revolutionary defeatists in our conflicts..."

On March 24, 2025, Milner posted on X: "lol at the evil american empire planning its global imperialism in ad hoc unaccountable subcommittees run through signal group chats..."

On June 8, 2025, Milner posted on X, referring to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE): "If 'abolish ice' pops off as a slogan again, a lot of people will compare it to abolish the police...I want to get rid of both..."

On July 21, 2025, Milner posted on X: "In portland, our [DSA] chapter is waging very hard fight to keep cops out of our local labor council..."

On July 31, 2025, Milner posted on X, expressing support for the "defund" the police movement.

On August 3, 2025, Milner posted on X, equating Zionism with "a 21st century equivalent of Nazism."

Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture. Zionism is a core part of the identity of most Jews.

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.

On September 27, 2024, Milner posted on X: "israel is a fascist state."

On August 9, 2025, Milner posted on X: "Comrades I want to urge you to support...A Fighting Antizionist DSA...Zionist politics are incompatible with socialism!"

On August 3, 2025, Milner posted on X: "It’s been incredible to watch the decisive disintegration of liberal/labor zionism...now we can all see it as just a precondition for genocide."

As of September 2025, Milner's Instagram bio said Milner was a "proud member" of DSA's Portland chapter in Oregon.

Milner ran for the NPC election as a member of DSA's "revolutionary Marxist caucus" Reform & Revolution.

Milner has been active with DSA since at least 2018, "helping to found and co-chair" the Young Democratic Socialists of America (YDSA), DSA's youth section at Portland State University (PSU).

On August 27, 2025, Milner posted on X: "as promised, some long form thoughts on my time canvassing in New York. Comrades in New York achieved a tremendous victory. If we rise to the occasion, we can ensure Zohran wins in the general, and make this simply the first in a wave of socialist victories across the country."

On July 17, 2025, Milner posted on X: "Want your own Zohran? Hear from the people who made his campaign possible."

On July 13, 2025, Milner posted on X: "The Zohran campaign is the biggest thing we’ve done so far. To truly reach the level of a party-like org, we need to be able to bring that energy and scale of mobilization to *every* major issue even if it’s not about an immediate election."

On the same date, Milner posted on X: "i think zohran is amazing and i understand its strategic to really run with the party label since we won it fair and square..."

Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is America’s largest socialist organization. Its core ideology includes anti-American, anti-Israel, anti-Western and abolitionist elements.

Following the October 7, 2023, Hamas terror attacks against Israel, DSA condemned Israel, expressed support for Hamas, endorsed anti-Israel rallies and called for members to engage in anti-Israel activism. It condemned Israeli retaliatory attacks against the IRGC and Hezbollah, as well as the U.S. attacks against the Houthi terror organization, whose slogan reads: "...Death to America / Death to Israel / A Curse upon the Jews...”

DSA first endorsed the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement in 2017 and it has also condemned sanctions against countries like Iran and Cuba.

The group endorses far-left politicians on the local, state and federal levels. DSA also promotes anti-Israel agitators, including DSA members Rashida Tlaib, Zohran Mamdani and Linda Sarsour.

Young Democratic Socialists of America (YDSA), DSA’s youth section active in high schools and colleges, has co-organized anti-Israel protests across the U.S. since October 7, 2023, particularly the April 2024 pro-terror encampments on university campuses.

The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by pro-terror activist Omar Barghouti in 2005 to turn “Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.” Barghouti has also called for Israel's destruction and the BDS movement demands would result in that same goal.

BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.

The movement’s most notable achievement has been infiltrating university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments propose resolutions to boycott or divestment from Israel or Israeli-affiliated entities. BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents and pro-terror activism on campus.
