Ligia Gullapa
Ligia Gullapa [Ligia M. Guallpa] has spread hatred of the police on social media. Gullapa also promoted hatred of Israel in late 2023.
The profilee's statements were made during an extended period of global antisemitism that began with the October 7, 2023, terror attacks, when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds. Israel immediately launched a war against Hamas.
As of January 2026, Gullapa was listed as a member of the transition team for New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani, serving on the Worker Justice Committee.
Mamdani has called for dismantling capitalism and promoted hatred of the police. He has also justified Hamas terrorism and glorified terror supporters. On his first day as mayor, he revoked executive orders designed to combat antisemitism, including increased police protection at synagogues, and nullified a ban on city officials to boycott Israel.
As of January 2026, Gullapa's LinkedIn said she was the executive director of the Workers Justice Project (WJP). Her LinkedIn said she was located in the Bronx, New York.
