Nancy Romer
Nancy Romer has spread hatred of Israel on social media. As of November 2025, Romer was listed as a member of the anti-Israel activist group Jews for Racial and Economic Justice (JFREJ).
The profilee's activism occurred during an extended period of global antisemitism that began with the October 7, 2023, terror attacks, when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds. Israel immediately launched a war against Hamas.
As of December 2025, Romer was listed as a member of the New York City chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), known as NYC-DSA. She is a supporter of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.
NYC-DSA is an anti-American and anti-Israel activist group. It celebrated the Hamas terror attacks of October 7, 2023, by holding a rally the next day.
As of January 2026, Romer was listed as a member of the transition team for New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani, serving on the Transportation, Climate & Infrastructure Committee.
Mamdani has called for dismantling capitalism and promoted hatred of the police. He has also justified Hamas terrorism and glorified terror supporters. On his first day as mayor, he revoked executive orders designed to combat antisemitism, including increased police protection at synagogues, and nullified a ban on city officials to boycott Israel.
As of January 2026, Romer’s LinkedIn said she was professor emerita at Brooklyn College (BC), which is part of the City University of New York (CUNY).
