On November 2, 2023, Booth posted a cartoon on his professional website showing Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu shoveling human skulls into a crematorium.

The cartoon’s text read: “BENJAMIN NETANYAHU CHARGING FULL STEAM AHEAD INTO THE HISTORY BOOKS AS THE FIRST ISRAELI PRIME MINISTER MAGNANIMOUS ENOUGH TO BRING EVERY LAST PALESTINIAN MAN, WOMAN, AND CHILD IN ON THE PEACE PROCESS.”

On November 8, 2023, Booth posted a cartoon on his professional website that depicted Netanyahu on the phone saying: “I THINK THE WORLD CAN SEE WHAT THE PALESTINIANS ARE UP TO, TRYING TO MAKE IT SO THEIR EVENTUAL HOLOCAUST MUSEUM WILL BE MORE HEART-WRENCHING THAN OURS…ITS [sic] IMPERATIVE THAT WE INCINERATE THEM AND EVERYTHING THEY HAVE - SHOES, JEWELRY, FAMILY PHOTOS…SO THERE WILL BE NOTHING LEFT FOR THEM TO CURATE EXCEPT THEIR ANTI-SEMITISM.”

On December 7, 2023, Booth posted a cartoon on his professional website showing three men standing against a backdrop of the American and Israeli flags merged together. The men were holding blood-filled wine glasses with the word “Gaza” written on them.

Booth drew the men with blood dripping from their lips and onto their suits, while one of them glanced at a white dove holding an olive branch in its beak. The cartoon’s caption read: “‘Who invited that lousy anti-Semite?’”

As of February 1, 2024, Booth reportedly posted on his Instagram and later deleted a cartoon showing prisoners in a Nazi concentration camp holding signs that read: “STOP THE HOLOCAUST IN GAZA,” “ISRAEL ASSASSINS” and “GAZA THE WORLD'S BIGGEST CONCENTRATION CAMP.”

On November 2, 2023, Booth posted a cartoon on his professional website that depicted a man holding a bludgeon and urinating on a dying plant with a sign that said “PEACE” on it. On the man’s shirt was the text “IDF,” which stands for “Israel Defense Forces,” the State of Israel’s armed forces.

Also on November 2, 2023, Booth posted a cartoon on his professional website showing a hand shaking a severed hand and text that read: “NETANYAHU FINALLY GETTING THE PALESTINIANS TO AGREE TO ISRAEL’S CONDITIONS FOR A CEASEFIRE.”

On December 7, 2023, Booth posted a cartoon on his professional website showing a person holding a gun with an Israeli flag on it next to the head of a sleeping baby lying in a hospital incubator. The cartoon was titled: “THE EXECUTIONER’S SONG.”

Also on December 7, 2023, Booth posted a cartoon on his professional website showing Netanyahu covered in blood, holding a butcher’s knife in one hand and a Palestinian flag in the other.

As of February 4, 2024, Booth, who also goes by Dwayne Taylor Booth, was listed on the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) website as a lecturer in the undergraduate program of Penn’s Annenberg School for Communication. Penn is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

As of February 5, 2024, Booth’s LinkedIn profile said he was a freelance cartoonist and writer. He publishes his political cartoons under the pen name “Mr. Fish.”
