Overview
Moe Hamdan has implied that Hitler was justified and urged Holocaust denial, on social media. Hamdan is a supporter of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
Hamdan is affiliated with the Muslim Students Association (MSA) at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri C), where he is a student.
Although, in 2014, Hamdan once tweeted: "I don't hate Jews," his Twitter feed reveals his longstanding distaste for Jews. For instance, on June 27, 2013, Hamdan tweeted: “Yahoodi [Jewish] bitch.” On March 15, 2012, Hamdan tweeted: “@sandycheeks2332 every Jew anywhere is a cheap f**k.”
Hamdan is a manager at Marathon Petroleum Corporation.

On August 30, 2013, Hamdan tweeted: "Was Adolf Hitler The Bad Guy? Zionism & WWIII | The World's Lies | Ep.3 http://youtu.be/1_S0TeWm-fU."
On October 11, 2012, when Lara Kollab — then a student at John Carroll University (JCU), in Ohio — tweeted: "If I have to write a paper about the holocaust, I'm going to bring palestine into it and my professor better like it," Hamdan responded: “@ellekay_ make sure you mention the fact that ‘The Holocaust’ never happened.”
Promoting White Supremacist David Duke
On March 1, 2014, Hamdan tweeted: "Wake up and see what Israel is doing to USA, Iran, and Europe. http://youtu.be/CNdZccLhDvY." The tweet included a link to a youtube video by David Duke,former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan. Duke is a convicted felon, Holocaust denier and anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist.
Anti-Jewish Social Media Posts
On October 21, 2013, Hamdan tweeted: "Pandora still has commercials." Another Twitter user responded: “@MoeHamdan34 lol u gotta upgrade and pay 99 cents a month.” Hamdan replied: “@AJpaliking Jewish.”
On April 4, 2013, in response to a tweet by a Twitter user named Zaina Salem, that read: "I literally SPELLED OUT my name for them and they STILL got it wrong. Zaifa? Really?" Hamdan tweeted: “@zainamazing cuz their Jewish.” Salem replied: “@MoeHamdan34 that explains everything!! Haha.”
On December 10, 2012, Hamdan tweeted: "‘ Ew, that ugly Jewish monkey."
On December 7, 2012, Hamdan tweeted: "@twiceasflycle he's a Jew Cleveland hater can't get much worse. I will." Another Twitter user responded: “@MoeHamdan34 he's not Jewish.” Hamdan replied: “@twiceasflycle yes his mom is. His dads abed.” The term “abeed” — meaning “slave” in Arabic — is a derogatory reference to Blacks.

Hamdan corresponded at length on Twitter with Ahmad Saleh — an Ohio-based college student, who tweeted approvingly about mass murdering Jews.

BDS
The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by Omar Barghouti in 2005 to challenge “international support for Israeli apartheid and settler-colonialism.” BDS is an allegedly “Palestinian-led movement,” although leading BDS activists have admitted [00:01:01] this is not true.
One of the demands of BDS includes [point 3] what is generally known as the “right of return,” a demand discredited as a way to eliminate Israel. Barghouti said the “right of return” is a means to “end Israel’s existence as a Jewish state.”
Barghouti has said that BDS “aims to turn Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.”
In his activism, Barghouti has also said [00:05:55] regarding Israel: “Definitely, most definitely, we oppose a Jewish state in any part of Palestine. No…rational Palestinian, not a sellout Palestinian, will ever accept a Jewish state in Palestine.”
The movement has been linked to numerous terrorist organizations and received a public endorsement from Hamas in 2017.
BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.
The movement’s most notable achievement has been the infiltration of university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments and student groups, backed by their own anti-Israel members and affiliates, have proposed resolutions on some form of boycott of, or divestment from, Israel and Israeli-affiliated entities.
Boycott resolutions, although non-binding, have been passed by student governments on numerous North American campuses.
BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents on campus. On one campus, when the student government debated a BDS resolution, reports emerged of violent threats against those opposing it.
