Women would faint when they heard him give speeches.”

That same day, Israeli soldier Oron Shaul was caught and killed in an ambush, by Hamas militants in Gaza. Hamas then mocked Israeli grief over Shaul’s loss and held Shaul’s body for ransom.
Anti-Semitism
On October 12, 2022, Rashed tweeted in support of anti-Semitic comments made by rapper Kanye West: “Listen to what Kanye is saying about the Jews and tell me what he’s said that’s wrong though… ‘Jews control the media’ ‘Jews control banks’ ‘Kushner brokered a deal between Palestine and Israel because of money’ I mean, realistically what did he say that wasn’t true?”The assertion that Jews control the media has been traced to the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, an anti-Semitic fabricated text that depicts wealthy Jews conspiring to take over the world.
In the fall of 2022, American rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, sparked controversy after tweeting that he would go “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.” Ye also promoted [00:01:02, 00:04:37] anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and argued he was not anti-Semitic because “black people are actually Jew also.” In the wake of his remarks, Ye lost brand deals with companies such as Adidas, Gap and Foot Locker.
On May 28, 2021 Rashed wrote on Instagram: “Jesus was a Palestinian man born in Bethlehem. That means if he was born today, Israel would have killed him too. And if you disagree just remember, same people that killed him are the ones killing Palestinians today

.”The accusation that the Jews are the killers of Jesus has historically fed into Christian anti-Semitism.
Rashed’s post included a photo of him participating in a May 18 WOL protest holding a red smoke canister and a sign that said: “Jesus
is
Palestinian.” For more information on the WOL protest, see the section below titled: “May 18, 2021 - Manhattan WOL Rally.”

.”Terror Support (Hamas, PFLP)
On July 16, 2014, during Operation Protective Edge (OPE), Rashed tweeted: “To say Hamas is wrong for defending itself is to say the woman who was raped is wrong for resisting and attacking the man trying to rape her.”Israel commenced OPE in July 2014 to stop rocket fire targeting Israeli civilians and to destroy Hamas attack tunnels.

George Habash, who has been called“the godfather of Middle East terrorism,” founded the terrorist organization the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). In 1970, Habash was the mastermind behind the hijacking of four Western airliners known as the Dawson Field hijackings. In 1972, the PFLP collaborated with Japanese Red Army terrorists to massacre 24 people at Israel's Lod International Airport (renamed Ben Gurion International Airport).
On November 11, 2017, Rashed tweeted: “13 years ago today Palestine's greatest soldier, & one of the greatest world leaders ever, was assassinated. Allah yarhama [May God have mercy on him], RIP Yasser Arafat

.”Yasser Arafat was the former leader of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and is known by some as the “father of modern terrorism.” Arafat reportedly told Arab diplomats in a secret meeting in 1996: "We will make life unbearable for Jews by psychological warfare and population explosion. Jews will not want to live among Arabs. I have no use for Jews. They are and remain Jews."
In the interview, Kanafani defended the PFLP’s terror activities and absolute refusal to talk about peace. Rashed wrote: “...There is no compromising when it comes to human rights. And for Palestinians, we would rather die than to let them take it.”
Kanafani was a leading member and spokesperson for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) during the terrorist organization’s early years. We don't stand a chance unless we fight back.”On January 12, 2019, Rashed tweeted: “For some reason I don't feel nothing when they knock a cop off.” His tweet was in response to a post that reported the death of a female police officer murdered while responding to a report of a three-car collision.
On June 2, 2020, Rashed tweeted: “They said the world would end when pigs fly…” in response to a post that included graphic video of a uniformed police sergeant being murdered in a car ramming attack at the intersection of Walton Avenue and East 170th Street in Tremont, the West Bronx, New York.
The term “pigs” is often used as a derogatory slang reference to police officers.

Rashed set off a blue smoke canister, while the other activists waved Palestinian flags.
Rashed participated [00:24:58] in the burning of an Israeli flag at the protest. As another anti-Israel activist lit an Israeli flag on fire, the crowd around him chanted [00:25:03]: “Burn that s**t! More Policing Israeli War Crimes.”The term “Nakba” is generally translated as “catastrophe” in Arabic, referring to the outcome of the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. It is a term often used to delegitimize the creation of the State of Israel by defining it as a catastrophe.
At the protest, WOL leader Nerdeen Kiswani addressed the crowd and said [00:01:29]: “The Israeli Zionist colonizer knows no bounds. They squat on our land and kill our people because they have nothing less than complete genocide and annihilation planned for the Palestinian people.”

WOL
Within Our Lifetime (WOL) is a pro-terror activist group in New York City dedicated to Israel’s destruction within the lifetime of its members.Acts of violence and physical confrontations with police have frequently occurred at WOL protests and marches. WOL uses harassment campaigns to target pro-Israel organizations or companies that do business with Israel, making it a part of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.
Multiple activists who have either burned Israeli flags or led chants at WOL rallies were later jailed for violent anti-Semitic hate crimes, including Saadah Masoud and Waseem Awawdeh. In Masoud’s case, he received 18 months in jail for an anti-Semitic assault at an April 2022 WOL rally and two other anti-Semitic assaults in 2021.
WOL promotes “resistance” against Israel “by any means necessary,” calls to “Globalize the Intifada,” spreads incitement and idolizes [00:34:06] Palestinian terrorists like Leila Khaled and others at rallies and online events.
WOL was founded by Nerdeen Kiswani and Dan Cione in 2015. Kiswani is a frequent speaker at WOL rallies where she has promoted terrorism against Israelis and called for the death of Zionists. She has also provided support for Masoud and other activists following their arrests.
WOL began as the New York City chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), going by NYC SJP, but changed its name in 2018. The group is not found to be registered in any U.S. state as a nonprofit organization under its official name. Nor is there any listing for WOL under its name on the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) website for tax-exempt organizations.
