On March 17, 2021, Fateh posted on X: "...even in the United States, a country which won a war against fascism in Europe but has yet to defeat it at home."

On May 14, 2021, during Israel's Operation Guardian of the Walls (OGW) against Hamas in Gaza, Fateh posted [slide 1] on Instagram a photo of anti-Israel protesters holding a sign with text that read: "STOP U.S. FUNDING OF THE KILLING IN GAZA."

In May 2021, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorists fired over 4,300 rockets from Gaza at major population centers in Israel. Israel responded by launching OGW, carrying out targeted military strikes in Gaza.

On March 2, 2024, during Israel's war against Hamas terrorists, Fateh posted on X, accusing the U.S. government of providing "unconditional military and political support for Israel's genocide in Palestine."

On October 7, 2023, Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, kidnapped hundreds and wounded thousands. War crimes included mass rape and torture. Many Palestinian civilians participated in and supported the attacks, and Gazans working in the targeted Israeli communities gave intelligence to Hamas on where to strike.

On June 19, 2025, Fateh posted on X, referring to America: "This Juneteenth – also known as Second Independence Day – we reaffirm our commitment to dismantling institutional and systemic racism in our state and nation..."

On October 17, 2023, ten days after Hamas terrorists attacked Israel, Fateh posted on Instagram a statement he wrote as a senator on the Israel-Hamas conflict.

In the statement, Fateh equated [slide 1] Hamas terrorists with Israel, saying: "I am overwhelmed with...anger towards both the Israeli Government and Hamas who have senselessly injured and killed thousands of people in a matter of days."

Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., Canada, European Union, Israel and other countries. Founded in 1987, it has killed thousands of Israeli civilians through mass shootings and suicide bombings. Hamas has also kidnapped children, families and the elderly and held them hostage in Gaza. It has desecrated [slide 7] dead bodies and launched numerous rocket attacks against Israeli civilians.

Fateh also wrote [slide 1]: "...we have seen a mass mobilization of efforts to demonize and defame anyone who dares speak out against the atrocities we see committed on a daily basis by our ally, Israel..."

On May 14, 2021, during Israel's "Operation Guardian of the Walls (OGW)" against Hamas in Gaza, Fateh posted [photo 1] on X a letter he co-signed as a senator addressed to then-U.S. president Joe Biden and secretary of state Antony Blinken.

In the letter, Fateh equated Hamas terrorists with Israel, saying: "Both Hamas and Israel are indiscriminately killing civilians."

Fateh also wrote: "We are calling on you to condemn the violence against Palestinians who are losing their homes as a result of the evictions...that Israel continues to carry out in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood."

In May 2021, Palestinian violence erupted in anticipation of an Israel High Court ruling on eviction proceedings concerning over 70 Palestinian tenants illegally residing in Jewish-owned properties in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah.

On June 20, 2025, Fateh posted on X: "Tuesday, June 24 – Delegate Phonebank & Zohran Watch Party / My friend and fellow DSA member, Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani is running for Mayor of New York City! Help us reach out to delegates from 6-8 PM and stay to watch Zohran make history in NYC..."

On June 24, 2025, Fateh posted on X: "...Join the almost 60 people signed up to phone-bank tonight from 6-8 PM and stay past 8 PM to watch my friend, Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani, make history in the NYC mayoral primary election..."

On June 25, 2025, Fateh posted on Instagram a photo of NYC-DSA activists in support of Mamdani and wrote: "This is one for the history books @zohrankmamdani. New York City today. Minneapolis next!..."

On July 10, 2025, Fateh posted on X: "One of the main lessons learned from Zohran Mamdani’s primary win is that volunteers engaging directly with voters goes farther than big money..."

Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is America’s largest socialist organization. Its core ideology includes anti-American, anti-Israel, anti-Western and abolitionist elements.

Following the October 7, 2023, Hamas terror attacks against Israel, DSA condemned Israel, expressed support for Hamas, endorsed anti-Israel rallies and called for members to engage in anti-Israel activism. It condemned Israeli retaliatory attacks against the IRGC and Hezbollah, as well as the U.S. attacks against the Houthi terror organization, whose slogan reads: "...Death to America / Death to Israel / A Curse upon the Jews...”

DSA first endorsed the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement in 2017 and it has also condemned sanctions against countries like Iran and Cuba.

The group endorses far-left politicians on the local, state and federal levels. DSA also promotes anti-Israel agitators, including DSA members Rashida Tlaib, Zohran Mamdani and Linda Sarsour.

Young Democratic Socialists of America (YDSA), DSA’s youth section active in high schools and colleges, has co-organized anti-Israel protests across the U.S. since October 7, 2023, particularly the April 2024 pro-terror encampments on university campuses.

The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by pro-terror activist Omar Barghouti in 2005 to turn “Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.” Barghouti has also called for Israel's destruction and the BDS movement demands would result in that same goal.

BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.

The movement’s most notable achievement has been infiltrating university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments propose resolutions to boycott or divestment from Israel or Israeli-affiliated entities. BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents and pro-terror activism on campus.
