On May 11, 2021, during Israel’s Operation Guardian of the Walls (OGW) against Hamas, Lloyd tweeted: “any reporting framing Israeli bombings as retaliation are disingenuous as f**k. The actions of the oppressed are always done in self defense, and the settler state is never the victim.”

In May 2021, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorists fired over 4,300 rockets from Gaza at major population centers in Israel. Israel responded by launching OGW, carrying out targeted military strikes.

Also on May 11, 2021, Lloyd tweeted in the same thread: “Native Americans, Black Americans, and Palestinians are all indigenous people who will always be pointed at as the bad guys when they retaliate against their oppression. Palestinians are literally fighting against a state which seeks to wipe them out.”

On May 17, 2021, Lloyd tweeted: “I honestly don’t even believe Hamas is firing as much as they say they are…how the f**uck you firing hundreds of long range weapons from * checks notes* inside residential buildings.”

Lloyd retweeted a September 6, 2021 tweet from anti-Israel activist Mohammed El-Kurd that said: “6 Palestinian political prisoners managed to escape a high-security Israeli jail this morning. I am going to bed with a smile on my face and dreaming of the day all prisons are abolished.”

On September 6, 2021, six Palestinian prisoners escaped from the maximum-security Gilboa Prison in Israel. The escaped prisoners were convicted members of the terror organizations Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, who were jailed for their involvement in attacks carried out during the second intifada. All were recaptured by September 19, 2021, by Israeli authorities.

On May 30, 2021, Lloyd tweeted: “being a zionist requires an amazing amount of absolute delusion.”

Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture. Zionism is a core part of the identity of most Jews.

On January 30, 2022, Lloyd tweeted: “being surprised about racism within a zionist organization is like jumping in a tub full of ticks and being surprised when they bite you.”

On May 5, 2022, which was that year’s Israeli Independence Day, Lloyd tweeted: “zionists casually celebrating the genocide of 15k Palestinians and the destruction of over 500 villages/cities.”

Lloyd’s tweet included a tweet featuring a photo of a man and his daughter celebrating the holiday.

On May 30, 2022, Lloyd tweeted: “if you are a zionist you are the ‘racist nationalists’. whether you’re the one committing the violence or simply reaping the benefits of the violence.”

Lloyd retweeted a January 26, 2023 tweet from El-Kurd that said: “This morning the Israeli Occupation Forces committed a massacre in the Jenin. 9 Palestinians were killed in the Israeli invasion of the refugee camp & 16 were injured (4 critically), according to the MoH [Ministry of Health]. This is what Zionism. A death cult.”

On January 26, 2023, nine Palestinians were killed in a shootout after IDF soldiers entered the Jenin refugee camp to arrest a cell of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorists, who were reportedly planning a terror attack. During the attempted arrests, members of the cell as well as other Palestinian gunmen opened fire on the soldiers.

Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) is a terror group “whose objective is the destruction of the State of Israel and the establishment of a sovereign, Islamic Palestinian state.” PIJ is backed by Iran and has killed dozens of Israelis in suicide bombings and other attacks.

On March 31, 2022, Lloyd tweeted: “there is no definition of the following words where Israel is not an apartheid state, settler colony, and satellite for U.S. imperialism.”

On May 11, 2021, in a thread talking about Zionists and the Holocaust, Lloyd tweeted: “there are many accounts of Zionists collaborating with Nazis in various ways. and that + the fact that they are committing genocide makes the comparisons more than valid.”

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.

On June 27, 2020, Lloyd tweeted: “Palestinian resistance IS the response. The problem is the violent Israeli occupation of Palestinian land.”

Anti-Israel activists use the term “resistance” to refer to violence and terror perpetrated against Israeli civilians and their allies. It is used to glorify and encourage anti-Israel and anti-Semitic violence. Anti-Israel activists chant slogans such as: “Resistance by any means necessary!” and “Resistance is justified when people are occupied!” in response to terror attacks.

On December 7, 2016, Lloyd tweeted: “And by the way Hamas was a group created to protect Palestinians from the real terrorist, the Israeli government.”

Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., Canada, European Union, Israel and other countries. Founded in 1987, it has killed thousands of Israeli civilians through mass shootings and suicide bombings. Hamas has also kidnapped children, families and the elderly and held them hostage in Gaza. It has desecrated [slide 7] dead bodies and launched numerous rocket attacks against Israeli civilians.

On May 22, 2017, Lloyd tweeted: “F**k Israel Free Palestine / F**k Israel Free Palestine / F**k Israel Free Palestine / F**k Israel Free Palestine / F**k Israel Free Palestine.”

On March 4, 2018, Lloyd tweeted: “Ima say this one more time and this will be my last time saying it F**K Israel and F**K the Israeli government. Their actions against Palestinians, Muslims, Christians, and Africans are unacceptable and I ain’t here for it. Goodnight.”

SJP is a student organization engaged in anti-Israel activity on North American college and university campuses.

The first chapter of SJP was founded in 2001 at the University of California at Berkeley by Professor Hatem Bazian. Bazian has spread classic anti-Semitism, reportedly promoted religious anti-Semitism and defended the Hamas terror group. In 2004, Bazian called for “intifada” in America.

SJP organizes anti-Israel campaigns, including running annual Israel Apartheid Weeks, often in collaboration with Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) and Muslim Student Association (MSA) campus chapters.

SJP has been a major force in pushing the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement on campuses. Chapters have initiated dozens of BDS resolutions in student governments, which have been proposed on or around Jewish holidays, a time when many Jewish students are off-campus.

SJP activists have reportedly physically assaulted, intimidated and harassed Jewish students, disrupted pro-Israel campus events and demonized pro-Israel campus organizations.

Chapters have often endorsed and campaigned for numerous terrorists and whitewashed terrorism.
