Zara Nasir
Zara Nasir has spread racism and hatred of America and the police on social media. Nasir has also promoted hatred of Israel and is a supporter of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.
As of January 2026, Nasir was listed as a member of the transition team for New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani, serving on the Government Operations Committee.
Mamdani has called for dismantling capitalism and promoted hatred of the police. He has also justified Hamas terrorism and glorified terror supporters. On his first day as mayor, he revoked executive orders designed to combat antisemitism, including increased police protection at synagogues, and nullified a ban on city officials to boycott Israel.
Also as of January 2026, Nasir's LinkedIn said Nasir was the co-founder and executive director at The People’s Plan NYC (TPP). Nasir's LinkedIn said Nasir was located in Queens, New York.
