On August 1, 2021, Exley posted on X, referring to America: "...If it was strategic for Ho Chi Minh to hold imperialist nations to their professed values, why wouldn't that be a good idea from right inside the belly of the beast?..."

Ho Chi Minh carried out mass killings of civilians both during and after the Vietnam war. He also carried out policies of human mutilations, summary executions and burying people alive.

On August 21, 2026, Exley posted on X, referring to the U.S.: "Who Bombs? — estimated tonnage of bombs and missiles dropped in war, by country, since aerial bombing began around 1911. ~85% of the chart comes from one country..."

On February 24, 2022, Exley posted on X: "The real new world order is: Might makes right. If you can invade, go for it. It doesn't have to make sense. It doesn't even have to be in your own nation's best interest. This is how the US spent trlns on wars that did nothing but destroy nations and create millions of refugees."

On October 7, 2023, Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, kidnapped 251 and wounded thousands. War crimes included various systematic sexual crimes like gang rape and genital mutilation. Men and women were violated, even after being murdered. Victims who survived that day, including hostages, endured forms of humiliation and torture.

Gazans working in the targeted Israeli villages provided intelligence to Hamas on which families to kill and torture, including long-time employers. Many Palestinian civilians joined in and celebrated the attacks. Hamas livestreamed their crimes on social media, including to victims’ accounts for families to see.
