On October 7, 2023, Ibrahim wrote on Facebook: “May Allah be with the freedom fighters of Palestine in Gaza right now…, the Palestinian freedom fighters of Gaza entering the illegal Jewish settlements on the outside of Gaza was a huge victory and the effect on what our heroes did, is a testament of how strong our Palestinian people are. No army, no tanks, no war planes, just Allah on our side. May Allah give my Palestinian people strength in faith and in patience, Ameen. LONG LIVE THE RESISTANCE. LONG LIVE PALESTINE! #TheSonOfPalestine #RamiIbrahim #LongLiveTheResistance.”

On Saturday, October 7, 2023, thousands of heavily armed Hamas terrorists breached Israel’s border with Gaza. They executed numerous war crimes on civilians, including mass murder, beheadings of children, rape of men and women, torture, kidnappings and mutilation.

Hamas broadcast videos of their butchery on social media, often to victims’ accounts for families to see. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.”

On November 30, 2023, Ibrahim posted a video on Facebook of Hamas spokesman Abu Obeida and wrote: “As israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu orders the demolition of the homes and arrests of the Palestinian people, Abu Obaida just stated: ‘We give the occupation good news of a coming stage of anger and resistance in the West Bank, Gaza, Jerusalem, and on all fronts and arenas, with the help of God Almighty.’”

Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., Canada, European Union, Israel and other countries. Founded in 1987, it has killed thousands of Israeli civilians through mass shootings and suicide bombings. Hamas has also kidnapped children, families and the elderly and held them hostage in Gaza. It has desecrated [slide 7] dead bodies and launched numerous rocket attacks against Israeli civilians.

On December 10, 2023, Ibrahim posted on Facebook: “Abu Obaida shared a shameful fact about israel…’The enemy’s (israel) army is perhaps the only army in the world that wears diapers. More specifically, pampers. They are afraid to come down to the battlefield to face [real] men.’...Abu Obaida shamed them for life. ..They see Hamas freedom fighters andon themselves…”

On December 14, 2023, Ibrahim posted a video on Instagram of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin and wrote: “The words from the founder of Hamas, martyr Sheikh Ahmed Yassin (October 23, 1998) — ‘Hamas, God willing, will remain at the forefront of the spear of the Arab and Islamic nation to liberate Palestine. Whoever thinks that it is possible to eliminate the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades and Hamas... is delusional, because Hamas is bigger than he imagines..’”

Sheikh Ahmed Yassin has been described as the “mastermind of Palestinian terror” behind many suicide bombings against Israeli civilians on buses and in cafes during the second intifada. In January 2003, Yassin said in an interview: “Suicide attacks and jihad reinforce national unity in the ranks…Our voice is one of struggle, of jihad and of suicide…”

On December 15, 2023, Ibrahim posted a video on Facebook with the description: “LONG LIVE THE RESISTANCE! For the first time ever, missiles, from the freedom fighters in the besieged Gaza, fly over Al-Aqsa Mosque into Jerusalem. May Allah protect the freedom fighters fighting, give strength to the resistance, and free the holy land, AMEEN! - #TheSonOfPalestine.”

The video featured rockets fired by Hamas flying over Jerusalem.

On February 12, 2024, Ibrahim posted on Instagram an image that compared Adolf Hitler and the Nazis with Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the state of Israel. Text on the image read: “Netanyahu has surpassed H*tler as the worst person in modern history.”

Ibrahim wrote: “There is no comparison. When you know this truth, and yet you still defend[Israel] then it’s not that you’re ignorant. It just means you’re a person who supports genocide.”

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.

On October 12, 2023, Ibrahim promoted [00:00:06] violence against Israelis and Zionists at an anti-Israel rally held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

On October 12, 2023, the Philly Palestine Coalition (PPC) organized a rally titled: “All Eyes on Palestine: Rally Against Media Suppression of Palestinian Resistance.” The rally was held outside local media outlets in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to condemn pro-Israel coverage in the media following the Hamas massacre on October 7.

At the rally, Ibrahim said [00:00:06]: “Continue to speak, continue to stand up and continue to fight. The only way this has to happen is not by peaceful ways. We’ve tried it. Gaza tried it.”

The people using “peaceful ways” to whom Ibrahim referred [00:00:18] were violent rioters in the 2018 Gaza border protests.

On March 30, 2018, about 30,000 Gazans approached Israel’s border fence to join in “Land Day Protests,” which were also called the “March of Return.” The march was organized and funded by Hamas as a campaign of violent protests to spotlight the “right of return,” a policy discredited as a means to eliminate Israel.

Ibrahim continued [00:00:41]: “Long live the resistance! Long live the resistance! You cannot get freedom without fighting for it.”

Anti-Israel activists use the term “resistance” to refer to violence and terror perpetrated against Israeli civilians and their allies. It is used to glorify and encourage anti-Israel and anti-Semitic violence. Anti-Israel activists chant slogans such as: “Resistance by any means necessary!” and “Resistance is justified when people are occupied!” in response to terror attacks.

Ibrahim led [00:38:42] protesters in chanting: “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free!” and [00:39:01]: “Free, free Gaza! Free, free Jerusalem!”

“From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free” is a chant used [00:02:47] to call for the elimination of the State of Israel. It has also been employed by Hamas leader Khaled Mashal to call for the replacement of Israel with an Islamic state. In April 2024, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution condemning the chant as antisemitic.

On October 13, 2023, Ibrahim expressed [00:08:28] support for Hamas and called [00:10:18] for Israel’s destruction at an anti-Israel rally at Philadelphia’s City Hall.

On October 13, 2023, the Philadelphia chapter of the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) (PSL Philly) held a rally titled: “All Out for Gaza” to demand an “End the siege and genocide Gaza!...End ALL U.S support of Israeli apartheid!...Abolish the Philadelphia Israel Chamber of Commerce!”

At the rally, Ibrahim said [00:08:28]: “The reason why there’s Hamas is because there’s a f**king occupation! There wouldn’t be no Hamas if there was no occupation.”

Ibrahim said [00:10:18]: “I don’t want no two-state solutions. I want my whole mother f**king land back…The American people listening, there was no such thing called Israel.”

Ibrahim denied [00:02:26] Hamas war crimes at an anti-Israel rally held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

On November 17, 2023, PSL Philly and other anti-Israel organizations organized a “Shut It Down for Palestine” rally at Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square to demand a ceasefire of Israel and called on the U.S. to end all aid to Israel.

At the rally, Ibrahim wore [00:00:01] a t-shirt featuring an image of Abu Obeida.

Abu Obeida is the official spokesperson for the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades — the armed wing of Hamas.

On October 7, 2023, Hamas raped women next to the bodies of dead friends. Some were raped and then shot in the head. Others, including young girls, were raped and murdered or mutilated in other ways. Men were also raped.

Israeli officials opened an unprecedented investigation into the widespread sexual assault. Forensic analysis of corpses showed evidence of torture and rape. Hamas terrorists said they were given explicit orders to carry out the atrocities, including chopping off legs and raping the corpses of murdered victims.

A terrorist detained by Israel admitted he raped an Israeli woman when he broke into a kibbutz house during the October 7, 2023 attack. In March 2024, a former hostage of Hamas publicly stated she was sexually abused and tortured while in captivity.

Hamas terrorists murdered Israeli Jewish babies during its October 7, 2023, terror attacks. Some of the babies were beheaded and some were murdered in front of their parents.
