Peyton Hayes

Peyton Hayes was arrested at a pro-Hamas encampment at the University of Georgia (UGA) during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Israel launched the war after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks.

Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds more that day. For more information, see the Canary Mission page on Hamas.

On April 29, 2024, Peyton Hayes was arrested for “misdemeanor criminal trespass” at the UGA encampment.

The encampment was part of a national movement on college campuses during Israel’s war against Hamas. The encampments were also in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

Peyton Hayes's LinkedIn profile said she graduated from UGA with a bachelor's degree in international relations and affairs in May 2023. UGA is located in Athens, Georgia.

On October 20, 2023, The Red and Black news site reported that Peyton Hayes was an organizer of an event titled: "Night of Rememberance," which was hosted by the UGA chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP).

On November 5, 2022, the Party for Socialism & Liberation (PSL) Atlanta chapter (PSL Atlanta) posted on its Instagram page: "Peyton Hayes, student...is an organizer with the Party for Socialism & Liberation, Students for Socialism, and Students for Justice in Palestine..."

As of March 2025, Peyton Hayes's LinkedIn said she was located in Kennesaw, Georgia.
