Orisa Coombs [Orisa Zari Coombs] participated in an anti-Israel march in Los Angeles, California, in 2024, as an activist with the anti-American group, the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL).
PSL is a self-identified American Marxist group that aims “to abolish the corrupt, rotten…capitalist…system, and replace it with…a socialist system.” PSL believes “revolution” is both “a necessity and a right” and the only means to “do away with the rule of the capitalists once and for all.”
As of June 2026, Orisa Coombs's LinkedIn said she was a PhD candidate in the School of Engineering at Stanford University (Stanford), which is located in Stanford, California.
