Natalia Aristizabal [Natalia Aristizabal Betancur] has promoted hatred of America and Israel.

As of January 2026, Aristizabal was listed as a member of the transition team for New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani, serving on the Immigrant Justice Committee.

Mamdani has called for dismantling capitalism and promoted hatred of the police. He has also justified Hamas terrorism and glorified terror supporters. On his first day as mayor, he revoked executive orders designed to combat antisemitism, including increased police protection at synagogues, and nullified a ban on city officials to boycott Israel.

As of January 2026, Aristizabal's LinkedIn said she was the deputy director of Make the Road New York.

As of the same date, Aristizabal's LinkedIn said she was located in Brooklyn, New York.

Aristizabal was listed on actionlabny.org as having "arrived in New York from Colombia at the age of 12."

Aristizabal reposted a November 20, 2022 post on X that said: "Happy indigenous survivor's day! F**k Thanksgiving!"

During Israel's war against Hamas, Aristizabal reposted a March 20, 2024 post on X that claimed that Israel was carrying out "genocide" in Palestine.

On October 7, 2023, Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, kidnapped 251 and wounded thousands. War crimes included various systematic sexual crimes like gang rape and genital mutilation. Men and women were violated, even after being murdered. Victims who survived that day, including hostages, endured forms of humiliation and torture.

Gazans working in the targeted Israeli villages provided intelligence to Hamas on which families to kill and torture, including long-time employers. Many Palestinian civilians joined in and celebrated the attacks. Hamas livestreamed their crimes on social media, including to victims’ accounts for families to see. Aristizabal reposted a May 1, 2024 post on X condemning the arrests of protesters at anti-Israel university encampments in New York City.

There were over 200 pro-Hamas and anti-Israel college encampments set up in North America, and over 20 more globally, in the spring of 2024. The first began on April 17, 2024, at Columbia University. The encampments were unofficially known as the “student intifada,” borrowing a term associated with terrorist violence.

Protesters harassed Jewish students, blocked Jews from campus facilities and shouted anti-Semitic slogans. They occupied campus grounds, in many cases illegally, caused property damage, violently took over buildings, celebrated terrorism and promoted the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

Activists set up encampments to oppose Israel’s right to wage war against the Hamas terror group following October 7, 2023, when Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 people, including 32 American and 8 Canadian citizens. Hamas also kidnapped 252 people, including 11 Americans and the bodies of 2 murdered Canadians.

Aristizabal reposted a January 30, 2025 post on X that said: "WHO IS THE ARCHITECT OF THE DEPORTATIONS? / He is Stephen Miller, Zionist and descendant of migrants; the head of the border ghettos..."

Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture. Zionism is a core part of the identity of most Jews.
