Michael Gross participated in at least one Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) event in 2024 in New York City, organized by the city’s DSA chapter (NYC-DSA).

NYC-DSA is an anti-American and anti-Israel activist group. It celebrated the Hamas terror attacks of October 7, 2023, by holding a rally the next day.

As of September 2025, Michael Gross’s LinkedIn profile said he was studying for a JD at Columbia Law School (Columbia Law), slated to graduate in May 2027.

As of the same date, Michael Gross's LinkedIn said he also worked as a housing justice unit extern at The Legal Aid Society and was located in the New York City metropolitan area.
