Imad Khreim
Imad Khreim has denied Hamas atrocities and spread antisemitic conspiracy theories. Khreim has also expressed support for terrorists and promoted hatred of Zionists.
Khreim is a supporter of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.
As of July 2024, Khreim was listed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine (BORIM) as a licensed medical doctor practicing Psychiatry, license number 80368 issued on September 28, 1994, slated to expire in August 2024.
As of the same date, Khreim’s LinkedIn page said he was the “President, CEO” and “Founder & Medical Director” at Northwood Behavioral Healthcare located in Marlborough, Greater Boston Area. He also served as an associate medical director at UMass Memorial Wing Memorial Hospital & Medical Centers from April 2000 to March 2015.
Khreim received a doctor of medicine degree from Jordan University School of Medicine in 1982.
As of June 2024, Khreim’s LinkedIn said he was located in Northborough, Massachusetts.
On May 4, 2024, Khreim posted on X a link to a video titled: “Debunking ‘Screams Before Silence,’ Sheryl Sandberg’s 7 October ‘mass rapes’ film, with Ali Abunimah.”
“Screams before Silence” is a documentary film about the sexual violence committed by Hamas against Israelis on October 7, 2024.
Khreim captioned the post: “please post and share to educate people about the Masters of lying & confabulation, also to expose collaborating media sources...this war on the palestinians had really took off the masks of all faces and you can see people for who they are.”
On Saturday, October 7, 2023, approximately 2,900 heavily armed Hamas terrorists breached Israel’s border with Gaza. They executed numerous war crimes on civilians, including mass murder, beheadings of children, rape of men and women, torture, kidnappings and mutilation.
Hamas broadcast videos of their butchery on social media, often to victims’ accounts for families to see. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.” As of November 10, 2023, approximately 1,200 Israelis, the vast majority of them civilians, were murdered during the attacks. Hamas kidnapped 242 Israelis, including at least 30 children. At least 3,500 people were wounded, many severely.
A terrorist detained by Israel admitted he raped an Israeli woman when he broke into a kibbutz house during the October 7, 2023 attack. In March 2024, a former hostage of Hamas publicly stated she was sexually abused and tortured while in captivity.
For more information on the October 7, 2023 terror attacks, see the Canary Mission page on Hamas.
On May 3, 2024, Khreim posted on Twitter a video that claimed that Israel was responsible for the majority of Israeli deaths on October 7. Khreim captioned the video: “Enemies of Humanity, the world has woken up to see you as you are , racist, barbaric thieves... this state started with a lie , established and maintained with Terr*rism..”
On January 23, 2024, Khreim posted on Instagram a cartoon of a destroyed Gaza, where President Joe Biden and British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak were waiters serving Israeli prime minster Benjamin Netanyahu children’s body parts and blood. The post was titled: “KOSHER / White house official meal has been served sir”.
The accusation that Jews consume the blood of children has been an antisemitic blood libel since the 1100s.
On April 28, 2024, Khreim posted on X a map marking the US and Israel with an arrow to Israel with the caption, “Your freedom of speech is being controlled from here.” Above the map, Khreim wrote: “They control mainstream media, college campuses, big corporates hiring and firing, and last but not least your politicians , stand up to tyranny…save freedom, you OWE IT TO YOUR KIDS, DONT let them be the next palestinians.”
The assertion that Jews secretly control the Western governments through banking and finance is traced to the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a fabricated anti-Semitic text that portrays wealthy Jews as conspiring to take over the world. This anti-Semitic conspiracy theory has often employed the imagery from Nazi cartoons that depict Jews as octopuses encircling the globe.
On April 30, 2024, Khreim posted on X: “Please watch this presentation, it is not “consp*racy the*ory..it is real, documented verifiable stuff…extremely important to wake up and see the role of Zi*onists in your life.”
Below his tweet Khreim included a video accusing Israel of orchestrating 9/11 and included a screenshot of an article titled: “Congress to Vote on Bill that would Criminalize Questioning the Events Surrounding 9/11.”
Anti-Semites often spread the conspiracy theory that the 9/11 attacks were carried out by Israel with the support of the United States, claiming the attack was a “false flag” operation mounted to instigate war against Israel’s enemies.
On June 4, 2024, Khreim replied to a tweet featuring a Jewish activist wearing a shirt that said: “ISRAEL EST 1270 BCE.” Khreim replied: “It was established in 1948 with support of evil colonial powers, it is not the same as biblical Israel just like David is not the same as king/ Prophet David, just like your Neighbour Mary is not the biblical Virgin Mary, & BTW..this is not antisemitic.”
One way anti-Israel activists spread antisemitism is by denying Jewish history, with the aim of delegitimizing restored Jewish sovereignty, attacking Israel’s legitimacy and portraying Jews as foreign to the Land of Israel.
On April 25, 2024, Khreim posted on X: “Isis is a western baby, Ham*as is not ISIS. people have the right to defend self against occupation & land theft especially if based on the crap of "God gave us the land" .. your propaganda is exposed .”
Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., Canada, European Union, Israel and other countries. Founded in 1987, it has killed thousands of Israeli civilians through mass shootings and suicide bombings. Hamas has also kidnapped children, families and the elderly and held them hostage in Gaza. It has desecrated [slide 7] dead bodies and launched numerous rocket attacks against Israeli civilians.
On April 20, 2024, Khreim posted on X: “Ham*@s is not ISIS. ISIS & Isr*el share alot of their methodology, sick minds, entitlement, brutality & Savagery. Palestinian resistance is not terr*rism…”
Anti-Israel activists use the term “resistance” to refer to violence and terror perpetrated against Israeli civilians and their allies. It is used to glorify and encourage anti-Israel and anti-Semitic violence. Anti-Israel activists chant slogans such as: “Resistance by any means necessary!” and “Resistance is justified when people are occupied!” in response to terror attacks.
On April 14, 2024, Khreim posted on Twitter: “Pathologically Entitled, Arrogant, Belligerent and Masters of lying and confabulation, are invoking their most commonly used card “Victimhood” … they have been attacking Iran for years and whey Iran responds with ‘ fireworks’ they cry wolf.”
On April 14, 2024, Iran fired “Over 350 ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, armed drones and rockets” toward Israel in an unprecedented attack. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and several international partners intercepted 99% of the projectiles. The IDF named the operation Iron Shield. The missile attack took place during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Iranian media claimed the attack was in retaliation for an alleged Israeli strike on an Iranian consular building in Damascus, Syria, earlier that month. The Damascus attack killed several members of the designated terrorist organization Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), including a senior commander and a brigadier general.
On April 24, 2024, Khreim posted on X: “if there is anyone or any group that have surpassed the Nazis , is it the Zio*nists & Isr*elis .. but the world is seeing through their lies and propaganda... we should keep educating people about the dangers of zionism on world peace, democracy & freedom of speech .”
The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.
On April 27, 2024, Khreim posted on Facebook: “No one hates like a Zi*onist and no one can ever beat Isr*el brutality, Savagery or barbarism / Monster only do that and monsters only support their brotheren monsters.”
Khreim’s post included a graphic of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu portrayed as a demon with a blue Star of David on its neck, looming over a Palestinian child. The graphic included text that said: “Truely zionests / This is your face.”
The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by pro-terror activist Omar Barghouti in 2005 to turn “Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.” Barghouti has also called for Israel's destruction and the BDS movement demands would result in that same goal.
BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.
The movement’s most notable achievement has been infiltrating university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments propose resolutions to boycott or divestment from Israel or Israeli-affiliated entities. BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents and pro-terror activism on campus.
