Majd Al-Rafie
Majd Al-Rafie glorified Hamas terrorists, called for Israel’s destruction and spread hatred of Israelis and Israel during its war against Hamas in late 2023.
As of February 2024, Al-Rafie’s LinkedIn profile said Al-Rafie had served on the national steering committee of the anti-Israel campus group Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) since June 2023.
Al-Rafie published the pro-Hamas and pro-terror remarks in the wake of Hamas terror atrocities and war crimes against Israeli civilians, including mass murder, torture, rape, beheadings and kidnappings, which were executed on October 7, 2023.
The Hamas terror attacks left over 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.”
Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., Canada, European Union, Israel and other countries. Founded in 1987, it has killed thousands of Israeli civilians through mass shootings and suicide bombings. Hamas has also kidnapped children, families and the elderly and held them hostage in Gaza. It has desecrated [slide 7] dead bodies and launched numerous rocket attacks against Israeli civilians.
As of February 22, 2024, Al-Rafie’s LinkedIn profile said Al-Rafie had served on the national steering committee for SJP since June 2023.
As of the same date, Al-Rafie’s LinkedIn said Al-Rafie had been a part-time graduate research assistant at Visualizing Palestine since March 2023.
As of February 15, 2024, Al-Rafie’s personal website said Al-Rafie created “Artworks” for the anti-Israel group Adalah Justice Project.
As of February 2024, Al-Rafie’s LinkedIn said Al-Rafie graduated from Bard College (Bard) with a master’s degree in human rights and the arts in 2023. Bard is located in New York, New York.
As of the same date, Al-Rafie’s LinkedIn also said Al-Rafie graduated from Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU) with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design in 2018. AAU is located in Amman, Jordan.
