Haroon Mokhtarzada

Haroon Mokhtarzada has spread hatred of Israel online and financially supported a political action committee (PAC) that is part of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement. He has also financed anti-Israel politicians, including Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) leaders running as Democrats.

The profilee's donations were given during an extended period of global antisemitism that began with the October 7, 2023, terror attacks, when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds. Israel immediately launched a war against Hamas in Gaza.

DSA's ideology includes anti-American and abolitionist elements. DSA justified Hamas murdering 1,200 Israelis on October 7, 2023.

As of September 2026, Mokhtarzada was listed as having donated $150,000 to American Priorities in 2026, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) website.

American Priorities is an independent expenditure-only political committee (super PAC). Its leaders have labeled Israel's founding a catastrophe, celebrated calls for Israel's destruction and spread a conspiracy theory. In July 2026, CNN said the PAC aimed to "boost Democrats who are fiercely critical of Israel, its war in Gaza and AIPAC’s influence in Democratic primaries."

The stated mission of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), which is composed of American citizens, is to “strengthen, protect and promote the U.S.-Israel relationship in ways that enhance the security of the United States and Israel.”

As of October 2026, Haroon Mokhtarzada's LinkedIn said he was the cofounder and had been the CEO and chairman of Rocket Money, formerly Truebill, since June 2018.

Also as of October 2026, Haroon Mokhtarzada's donation receipts filed with the FEC said he was located in Silver Spring, Maryland.
