Eyad Hijer
Eyad Hijer was a member of the Muslim Students Association (MSA) at UTK (UTK MSA).
Hijer was arrested in Knox County, Tennessee. The date is unconfirmed. A Mugshot of Hijer taken by police was uploaded to Mugshots.com.
Hijer is the owner at Super Mario’s restaurant — part of the Eat24 chain — in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Hijer is a 2016 graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville (UTK) where he majored in Supply Chain Management.
On August 15, 2015, Hijer tweeted — "F**k Jews," linking to a fraudulent message, lying that Israeli children wrote messages of hate on bombs, which were then dropped on children in Palestine.
On December 27, 2015 — in response to a tweet saying: "The most morally army in the world, the Israeli army Leave A Comment !" — Hijer tweeted: “This is why I hate Jews.”
On July 17, 2014, Hijer tweeted during an argument with another Twitter user " yeah that's the problem.. Your on our territory trying to claim it. I don't want to kill you I want you out of Palestine."
In response to Hijer's tweet, the Twitter user replied — "DO NOT WANT TO KILL ME" just understand you cant get israel just by saying to america "that was our place."
The Twitter user then tweeted a screenshot of a tweet Hijer had once sent to him, which read — ‘"...I already hate you. You dirty filthy Jew. All your people do is f**ked s**t up. Wish hitler was still around to show you guys."
On May 30, 2014, Hijer tweeted — "‘...actually hitler is one of my idols’ awk bc I'm a jew you d**k’ @eyadhijer’ oh myy."
On December 29, 2015, Hijer tweeted — "God bless, Jews are so ruthless, how is this different from natzism. May god give them what they deserve."
On October 15, 2014, Hijer tweeted a quote from UTK student Jesse West that read: "‘:...Everyone pray for my sister. Nothing's wrong with her, she just likes black guys.‘"
On May 23, 2013, Hijer tweeted — "@ogmcphee: @eyadhijer im going to get you a vibrator so you can entertain yourself for a couple of hours." <== faggot.”
On May 9, 2013, Hijer tweeted — "‘@ogmcphee: @eyadhijer @iammusick I'd call him daddy’ of course you would you faggot."
On April 11, 2013, Hijer tweeted — "@ogmcphee your a fag."
On February 26, 2016, Hijer shared a 17-picture photo montage on Facebook of the 9/11 2001 terror attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon by Al Qaeda. The montage promoted the conspiracy theory that the attacks were an "inside job" carried out by the United States government.
On December 30, 2015, Hijer played an active role in an anti-Israel demonstration held on October 14, 2015. He uploaded to Facebook a photo of himself shouting into a megaphone at the event.
The event was part of an "International Day of Action on College Campuses" called for by the anti-Israel group American Muslims for Palestine (AMP).
One protester held a sign that read "Palestinian child shot dead by Israel’s illegal occupation clutching onto his last breath. Israelis stand by and chant “die, die you son of a b**ch, die"!”
That sign referred to Ahmed Manasra.
Ahmed Manasra (sometimes spelled Mansara) and his 15-year-old cousin Hassan went on a stabbing spree in Jerusalem on October 12, 2015, during the Knife Intifada. The pair critically wounded a 13-year-old Israeli boy and moderately wounded a 25-year-old man. Manasra later admitted to investigators: “I went there to stab Jews,” and was convicted on two counts of attempted murder.
Other signs at the rally fraudulently inverted the true nature of the Gaza conflict. One sign read "US Tax $Dollars$ Fund Israel’s Genocide…" another read: “11 million of YOUR Tax $ is sent every day to fund Israeli war crimes.” A third sign featured a drawing of Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s face with “Murderer” written in red across his forehead.
On March 2, 2016, as part of Israeli Apartheid Week, SJP UTK featured a mock apartheid wall.
The display misrepresented Israel’s security fence — built as a non-violent deterrent to Palestinian terrorist attacks carried out by Palestinian suicide bombers. The display also lied that Israel’s barrier was "25-feet high, and 403 miles long." In fact, 97% of Israel’s fence is a low chain link barrier. The atypical concrete portions of the fence were built only in response to Palestinian sniper attacks. The mock wall text also lied that “1661 KM of roads were only accessible by Israeli settlers.”
The display falsely accused Israel of practicing apartheid. The mock wall also featured a deliberately misleading map of Palestine, with the terror-whitewashing headline "To Exist is to Resist." SJP UTK’s map is similar to another widely debunked map — dubbed “The Map That Lies” — that fraudulently presented lands once controlled by Britain, Egypt, and Jordan as autonomous “Palestinian land,” purportedly stolen by Israel.
SJP used the deceptive mock wall display as a tool to promote a boycott of Sabra Hummus, an Israeli-owned hummus brand, owned by the Osem group. Writing on the wall called for stores to "deshelve" Sabra.
The leadership and general membership of UTK MSA is fraught with virulent anti-Semites, Hitler and Nazi sympathizers, homophobes and bigots. These individuals propagate Jew-hatred, often — but not always— under the guise of attacking "Israelis" and “Zionists.”

On June 21, 2013, UTK MSA member Afeef Youssef Kamah tweeted a meme featuring an anti-Semitic caricature of a Jew with a big, hooked nose. The meme, known as the "Happy Merchant," originally appeared in a racist and anti-Semitic piece promoting a world without Jews and Blacks — comparing them, respectively, to rats and cockroaches. Youssef Kamah tweeted the meme along with the comment — “@jayomarion @AbdelRahmanM OHH WE ARE FRIENDS…”
On July 27, 2012, Mohamed Ali, who ran for the position of UTK MSA Public Relations Head, tweeted: "Zion or Zionism, is the belief that Jews are the rightful inhabitants or Israel/Palestine. Lol Illuminati."

On the same day, Ali tweeted — "I'm not surprised. America d**krides Israel so hard. They're scared. Israel controls them."
On June 17, 2013, Ali tweeted — "I feel like all the current problems in the world are linked to the U.S, Israel, & all their d**kriding countries- most of Europe."
Ebad Hussain, the 2016-2017 treasurer of UTK MSA, tweeted on August 9, 2014 — "In America you can criticize God, but you cannot criticize Israel. To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you cannot criticize."

On July 21, 2014, Tayseer Seminary’s liaison to UTK MSA, Abdalla Husain — who serves to link MSA with other community efforts in Knoxville — compared Israel to Nazis, tweeting — "Like father like son. Germany in the 30s and 40s is Israel now."
The Muslim Student Association (MSA) was established by members of the Muslim Brotherhood in January 1963 at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, with the goal of "spreading Islam as students in North America." A 2004 FBI investigation uncovered an internal Muslim Brotherhood document in which a brotherhood leader identified the MSA as "one of our organizations."
The MSA reportedly has “nearly 600 chapters” located in the United States and Canada, and is “the most visible and influential Islamic student organization in North America,” boasting conferences, special events, publications, websites and other activities.
The organization includes a number of previous chapter presidents with explicit links to terrorist groups. Included are al-Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awlaki (Colorado State University), Somali al-Shabaab militant leader Omar Shafik Hammami (University of South Alabama) and Pakistani Taliban recruiter Ramy Zamzam of the MSA's Washington, D.C. council.
