On January 31, 2024, Wallach participated [00:00:15] in a disruption of the 16th congressional district debate held at the city hall in Palo Alto, California.

During the disruption, Wallach was recorded on camera, saying [00:00:45]: “Nobody was burned. There were no beheaded babies. It’s all lies. The great majority of Israelis who died on the 7th of October were killed by Israeli soldiers…No, there were no rapes. None. No rape.”

Denial of the Hamas war crimes of October 7, 2023, among anti-Israel activists has been likened to Holocaust denial among neo-Nazis.

Hamas terrorists murdered Israeli Jewish babies during its October 7, 2023, terror attacks. Some of the babies were beheaded and some were murdered in front of their parents.

Dozens of anti-Israel protesters at the debate reportedly booed and jeered at the congressional candidates taking part in the debate. Throughout the debate, protesters chanted: “Genocide!” and “Ceasefire now!”

The event reportedly ended earlier than planned, as anti-Israel activists continued chanting and disrupting the debate.

On January 30, 2022, Wallach shared a Facebook post celebrating the 14th anniversary of the passing of terrorist leader George Habash. The post said: “‘...Dr. Habash was well-respected and very much loved by Palestinians all over the world for his unwillingness to compromise with the zionist occupier, for his dedication to the liberation of all of Palestine, and for his integrity. May his memory be eternal to all of us.’الله يرحمه [May God have mercy upon him]. ”

George Habash, who has been called “the godfather of Middle East terrorism,” was the founder of the terrorist organization the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and the mastermind behind the 1970 Dawson Field hijackings.

The PFLP is dedicated to the violent destruction of Israel. It is designated as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) by the United States. The EU, Canada, the Gulf Cooperation Council, Australia and Israel also list it as a terror group due to its history of carrying out assassinations, suicide bombings, hijackings and multiple murders.

On November 3, 2021, Wallach shared a Facebook post that said domestic terrorist Assata Shakur was “wrongfully imprisoned” and that her escape from prison “must be recognized as a victory for the New Afrikan Independence Movement.”

Assata Shakur was convicted of killing a New Jersey state trooper and wounding another in 1973 while a member of the separatist Black Liberation Army (BLA). She escaped from prison in 1979 and fled to Cuba in 1984, where she resided until her death in September 2025. She was listed on the FBI Most Wanted Terror List under her legal name, Joanne Deborah Chesimard.

On July 10, 2021, Wallach shared a Facebook post praising Ghassan Kanafani: “...His writings remain among the most influential in modern Palestinian and Arab literature…Today the Palestinians words remain villainized and a danger to those nations and groups whose interests it is to prop up a settler colonial racist ‘entity’ and erase an entire people...”

Kanafani was a leading member and spokesperson for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) during the terrorist organization’s early years. Kanafani announced the PFLP’s responsibility for the Lod Airport Massacre of May 1972 and was linked to the airport attackers. The attack killed 26 people and wounded 80 others.

On May 28, 2021, Wallach shared a Facebook post that read: “...We would have stood with the Jews against the Nazis as they had every right to resist the Nazis and defend themselves. So why do you call the Palestinian resistance ‘terrorism’?”

On September 23, 2020, Wallach wrote on Facebook: “Please sign and share widely!”, Wallach’s post included a link to a petition for Leila Khaled to give a lecture at the San Francisco State University (SFSU).

The petition referred to Khaled as a “powerful, inspiring figure” and “a national icon.”

Leila Khaled is a leading member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and participated in the hijacking of TWA Flight 840 in 1969 and El Al Flight 219 in 1970. As of 2017, Khaled was a member of PFLP's Political Bureau. Khaled has said that the second intifada failed because it was not violent enough, advocated [00:36:07] for the use of children in terror activities and compared Zionists to Nazis.

On June 19, 2018, Wallach tweeted, endorsing a petition for Khalida Jarrar’s release from Israeli prison: “Read this comment, and sign the petition. Khalida Jarrar is an innocent Palestinian leader...She should be immediately released and not re-arrested!...”

Khalida Jarrar is a senior member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terror organization. In 2019, she was arrested for her role as the leader of the PFLP in the West Bank, which had carried out a deadly 2018 bombing and was reportedly “planning additional attacks.” She was among 50 PFLP operatives arrested.

On February 10, 2022, Wallach shared a Facebook post that said: “I find it hard to understand how a people for whom it was so difficult to recover from the horrors of the Holocaust can then inflict on others what was done to them…”

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.

On May 28, 2021, Wallach shared a Facebook post that read: “...Zionism is the new Nazism…I don’t understand, Zionists! Why do you do what someone else did to you? You should know very well that the day will come when history will curse you just as it has cursed the Nazis before you.”

Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture. Zionism is a core part of the identity of most Jews.

On May 13, 2021, Wallach wrote on Facebook: “Please read, sign and share as widely as you can.” Wallach’s post linked to a petition to stop evictions of individuals deemed to be illegal tenants in Jerusalem’s neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah.

In May 2021, calls to “save” Sheikh Jarrah, a Jerusalem neighborhood at the center of a property dispute, led to violence against Israelis and were one of the leading factors in Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists firing over 4,300 rockets from Gaza into Israel that month.

On the same date, Wallach promoted on Facebook a rally held in support of the Sheikh Jarrah protests and wrote: “If you live in Sacramento area, join this rally on Friday 14th May, 2021.”

On October 19, 2021, Wallach wrote on Facebook: “The United $tates of North Amerikkkan govt. has always hated freedom…This system wants to control everything…There is no freedom of the press here, nor freedom of speech…So many Freedom Fighters here in United $tates of North Amerikkka and throughout the world were and are being murdered by this murderous, white supremacist system…”

The term “Amerikkka” uses the initials of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) as a way to demonize America as fundamentally and irredeemably “fascist or racist.”

On January 30, 2022, Wallach wrote on Facebook: “...Please watch this documentary on Ukraine, especially if you were born and educated in United $tates of North Amerikkka!”

As of July 2022, Wallach’s Facebook profile cover photo said: “Israel = Apartheid Justice for Palestine."

On November 22, 2021, Wallach commented on a post she shared on Facebook: “...the disgusting Zionist Israelis steal everything they can, besides the land and the natural resources.”

On February 10, 2022, Wallach shared a Facebook post that said: “Free Palestine from the river to the sea.”

“From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free” is a chant used [00:02:47] to call for the elimination of the State of Israel. It has also been employed by Hamas leader Khaled Mashal to call for the replacement of Israel with an Islamic state. In April 2024, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution condemning the chant as antisemitic.

On October 20, 2021, Wallach wrote on Facebook: “...Free Free Palestine!...Right of Return to Historic Palestine for all Palestinians!”

The “right of return” is a Palestinian demand discredited as a means to eliminate Israel. International law mandates no absolute right of return and UN Resolution 194, which defined principles for “refugees wishing to return to their homes,” was unanimously rejected by Arab nations following the 1948 Arab-Israeli War.

On June 5, 2021, Wallach shared a post on Facebook that said: “...I will argue that Judaism itself is the problem and that Zionism is simply weaponized Judaism…”

On May 24, 2021, Wallach wrote on Facebook: “...The Israeli Occupation Forces are a Foreign Terrorist Organization…the US govt must immediately cease sending any form of aid to these terrorists and the War Criminal Apartheid Terrorist State of Israel.”

Wallach’s post linked to a petition, calling on the U.S. Secretary of State to designate the Israeli army as a “Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO).”

“IOF” means “Israeli Occupation Forces,” a term used by anti-Israel activists to demonize Israel’s army in place of its real name, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). "IOF" is used to allege that Israel’s existence is illegitimate by accusing Israeli Jews of illegitimately occupying the entire land.

On May 19, 2021, Wallach shared her own Facebook post that said: “War Criminal Apartheid Israel was illegally established in 1947 by the UN [United Nations]…The Nakba, 15th May 2018 is the 70th Anniversary, has been an ongoing catastrophe since the Zionist movement began in the late 1800s. Zionism is racism, plain and simple.”

The term “Nakba” is generally translated as “catastrophe” in Arabic, referring to the outcome of the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. It is a term used to delegitimize the creation of the State of Israel by drawing a comparison to the Holocaust, known in Hebrew as the Shoah, meaning “catastrophe.”

On May 1, 2021, Wallach posted to Facebook: “Every day the Zionists do their utmost to stop the truth of the War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity and Crimes Against Peace that the War Criminal Apartheid Terrorist govt. of Israel commits…”

On March 29, 2021, Wallach tweeted: “...Boycott and divest from all companies and products that benefit from the illegal Israeli Occupation of all of Historic Palestine!”

On February 16, 2021, Wallach wrote on Facebook: “...Zionism is racism! This is NOT antisemitic!...”

Wallach’s post linked to a petition, calling on Facebook not to “add ‘Zionist’ as a protected category in its hate speech policy.”

On February 24, 2020, Wallach tweeted: “Support BDS Movement openly!”

On November 5, 2018, Wallach tweeted: “...Apartheid and occupation is nothing to celebrate! Broadcasters should withdraw from #Eurovision hosted by Israel…#BoycottEurovision2019.”

On April 24, 2018, Wallach tweeted: “Tell Ziggy Marley to act on the principles of peace and justice that he sings about. Tell him to stand up for Palestinian rights by canceling his show in Israel…”

Wallach’s tweet linked to a petition by anti-Israel Code Pink, calling on Jamaican musician Ziggy Marley to cancel his upcoming concerts in Israel.

On November 15, 2015, Wallach wrote on Facebook: “Please attend if you can.” Wallach’s post linked to an “SJSU Divestment Hearing and Vote” Facebook page, calling for the boycott of companies with business interests in Israel.

On November 21, 2014, Wallach participated in an SJSU SJP march to the San Jose City Hall. At the march, SJP members chanted: “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free.”

The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by pro-terror activist Omar Barghouti in 2005 to turn “Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.” Barghouti has also called for Israel's destruction and the BDS movement demands would result in that same goal.

BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.

The movement’s most notable achievement has been infiltrating university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments propose resolutions to boycott or divestment from Israel or Israeli-affiliated entities. BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents and pro-terror activism on campus.

SJP is a student organization engaged in anti-Israel activity on North American college and university campuses.

The first chapter of SJP was founded in 2001 at the University of California at Berkeley by Professor Hatem Bazian. Bazian has spread classic anti-Semitism, reportedly promoted religious anti-Semitism and defended the Hamas terror group. In 2004, Bazian called for “intifada” in America.

SJP organizes anti-Israel campaigns, including running annual Israel Apartheid Weeks, often in collaboration with Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) and Muslim Student Association (MSA) campus chapters.

SJP has been a major force in pushing the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement on campuses. Chapters have initiated dozens of BDS resolutions in student governments, which have been proposed on or around Jewish holidays, a time when many Jewish students are off-campus.

SJP activists have reportedly physically assaulted, intimidated and harassed Jewish students, disrupted pro-Israel campus events and demonized pro-Israel campus organizations.

Chapters have often endorsed and campaigned for numerous terrorists and whitewashed terrorism.
