Desiree Joy Frias is an activist with the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) chapter in New York City (NYC-DSA).
NYC-DSA is an anti-American and anti-Israel activist group. It celebrated the Hamas terror attacks of October 7, 2023, by holding a rally the next day.
As of October 2025, Desiree Joy Frias's Facebook Intro indicated that Desiree Joy Frias was a member of NYC-DSA. Frias participated in NYC-DSA activism as early as 2022.
Also as of October 2025, Desiree Joy Frias’s LinkedIn profile said Frias worked as the director of public policy at Ramos Consulting in New York, New York.
