Israel commenced Operation Protective Edge (OPE) in July 2014, to stop rocket fire targeting Israeli civilians and to destroy Hamas attack tunnels.
On July 13, 2014, Salam tweeted: “‘@iFalasteen: Welcome to Gaza where resistance never sleeps...#PalestineResists #FreePalestine ‘ my niggas keepin it💯” The tweet featured a photo of Hamas terrorists at a large Hamas rally.
Endorsing Terrorism
On November 14, 2014, Salam tweeted:“‘@iFalasteen: From the clashes today in Palestine..#Palestine #FreePalestine #IntifadaAlAqsa ‘ this where Im tryin 2B.” The tweet featured photos of violent Palestinian protesters.In the weeks preceding Salam’s tweet, Palestinian terrorists perpetrated multiple stabbing, ramming and other attacks against Israeli civilians and security personnel.
Four days after Salam’s tweet on November 18, 2014 terrorists murdered six people with a gun, axes and a butcher knife, in a Jerusalem synagogue, during morning prayers.
The New York Times and The Atlantic reported “the attackers ‘were described as “motivated by what they saw as threats to the revered plateau [the Temple Mount] that contains Al Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock.’”

The attacks were sparked and fueled by Palestinian leaders propagating the libel that Israel intended to desecrate the Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

Salam continued: “it's gonna happen and you know it. There's no way in hell y'all are gonna take the resistance forever😘”
