Chucky Flores

On July 16, 2024, Chucky Flores posted on Instagram a photo of himself holding a firearm. He wrote in the post: "I keep it on me."

On the same date, Flores posted on Instagram a video of himself shooting with the same firearm. He wrote in the post: "Opp [Opposition] stopper."

On May 16, 2025, during Israel's war against Hamas terrorists, Flores was featured in an Instagram video wearing a fake suicide vest at an anti-Israel protest. In the video, Flores said: "Yo, give me the coordinates! Yo, I’m gonna press that button!"

On March 30, 2025, Flores posted on Instagram a photo of himself wearing a fake suicide vest and a Palestinian flag over his shoulders at an anti-Israel protest. He wrote in the post: "I don't play fair."

On April 25, 2024, Flores shared [slide 12] on his Instagram Stories titled: "Free Palestine," a video of him confronting a man whose Israeli flag Flores had stolen.

During the confrontation, Flores told [00:00:01; video 3] the man, who attempted to retrieve his Israeli flag: "I'm gonna hit you, bro! Back up!"

The man then asked Flores why he needed the Israeli flag, to which Flores answered [00:00:04; video 3]: "Take it! Come take it, p**sy!"

Flores then stomped on the Israeli flag and screamed [00:00:19; video 3] at the man: "Don't follow me, bro! Don't follow me!"

Flores then pushed the man away and told [00:00:22; video 3] him: "Do not follow me, bro! I'm gonna hurt you!"

As the man stood still, Flores screamed [00:00:30; video 3] at him: "I'm gonna f**king kill you, bro! Don't follow me!"

As Flores walked away from the man, he turned his back and screamed [00:00:41; video 3] at him: "I'll murder you, bro! I'll murder you!"

Flores captioned [slide 12] his Instagram post: "Should I have eliminated him?/Yes/No."

On April 16, 2024, Flores shared [slide 4] on his Instagram Stories titled: "Free Palestine," a video of a man asking Flores his opinion on the American flag.

Flores replied [00:00:05] to the man: "It should be burned!"

The man then asked Flores his opinion on the U.S.A., to which Flores replied [00:00:09]: "Burn it all down!"

On February 15, 2025, Flores shared on YouTube his participation in an anti-Israel protest in New York City on January 6, 2025.

During the protest, a police officer approached Flores and told [00:01:24] him: "They got an open complaint for you. You have to come with us."

Flores then asked the police officer what the complaint was for, to which the police officer replied [00:01:29]: "I think it's for assault in the second degree."

The police officer continued and arrested [00:01:55] Flores.

The day after his arrest, Flores said [00:04:07] the reason for his arrest was related to his participation in an October 7, 2024, attack on a Jewish man, when Flores stole [00:04:33] his Israeli flag.

On October 10, 2024, the New York Post reported that Flores was one of "four suspects accused of taking part" in the harassment of and attack on a Jewish man.

After a mob of anti-Israel agitators surrounded a pro-Israel man, Flores approached the man and attempted [00:00:24; video] to steal his Israeli flag.

After taking [00:00:31; video] the man's Israeli flag, Flores could be seen throwing the flag away from the man. The man was later assaulted by at least two anti-Israel agitators.
