Celine Khalife

Celine Khalife was fired after ripping down posters raising awareness of Israeli civilians kidnapped by Hamas terrorists and held hostage in Gaza. The November 2023 incident took place in Chicago, Illinois.

Khalife had also called upon others online to do the same.

Hamas kidnapped the civilians, including women and children, during a series of terror attacks and war crimes that left over 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded. Hamas executed the terror attacks on October 7, 2023. Their other war crimes included mass murder, torture, rape and beheadings.

Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.”

As of November 13, 2023, Khalife was listed as a “Clinical Mental Health Therapist” and “Sex Therapist” at Grace Therapy and Wellness Center (GTWC) in Chicago, Illinois.

As of November 19, 2023, Khalife’s profile on the GTWC website had been deleted.

On November 21, 2023, GTWC’s founder and chief executive officer Grace Martin confirmed in a statement emailed to Canary Mission that Khalife was fired for ripping down the posters.

Martin wrote: “We at GTWC unequivocally uphold the values of compassion and mutual respect and do not condone violence or intolerance in any form, nor do we condone misinformation.”

Celine Khalife Ripping Down Posters of Israeli Civilians Kidnapped by Hamas

On November 12, 2023, Khalife ripped down [00:00:01] posters of Israeli civilians kidnapped by Hamas terrorists and taken to Gaza.

As she ripped down the posters, Khalife said [00:00:03]: “These aren’t actually children. These are people that were kidnapped by Israel, babe! And they’ve been asked to be released."

The woman recording the incident then said that Khalife was mentally unwell. Khalife responded by showing [00:00:12] her middle finger to the woman.

The woman filming then said that Khalife would lose her job over the incident.

Khalife responded [00:00:19]: “My manager supports Palestine too! Free Palestine, babe!”

Khalife continued by repeating the phrase “Free Palestine, babe” multiple times.

The woman filming then asked Khalife if she wanted to say her name on camera.

Khalife responded [00:00:34]: “My name is Free Palestine.”

Khalife also posted on her Instagram stories a photo of a ripped poster of a kidnapped Israeli and wrote: “if you see these posters around (CAREFULLY) discard them!”

On Saturday, October 7, 2023, approximately 2,900 heavily armed Hamas terrorists breached Israel’s border with Gaza. They executed numerous war crimes on civilians, including mass murder, beheadings of children, rape of men and women, torture, kidnappings and mutilation.

Hamas broadcast videos of their butchery on social media, often to victims’ accounts for families to see. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.” As of November 10, 2023, approximately 1,200 Israelis, the vast majority of them civilians, were murdered during the attacks. Hamas kidnapped 242 Israelis, including at least 30 children. At least 3,500 people were wounded, many severely.

A terrorist detained by Israel admitted he raped an Israeli woman when he broke into a kibbutz house during the October 7, 2023 attack. In March 2024, a former hostage of Hamas publicly stated she was sexually abused and tortured while in captivity.
