Overview

Sara Asfan has spread anti-Semitism as well as hatred of Israel and Zionists on Twitter.

As of November 2020, Asfan’s LinkedIn page said she was a “University of New Mexico Alumni” where she studied “Psychology” and “Biochemistry” from “2015 - 2019.”

Asfan’s LinkedIn page also listed the Pre-Med Society and the Lobo chemistry club under her “Activities and Societies” at UNM. Her LinkedIn also said that she held a certificate in “Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS),” issued by the American Red Cross on September 2019 and slated to expire in September 2021 with the Credential ID 17W6M0.

Asfan also wrote on her LinkedIn that she was a volunteer at University of New Mexico’s Agora Crisis Center from “Mar 2018 - Present,” where her duties included taking “calls from various organizations such as the National Suicide Prevention Line (NSPL) to help callers deescalate stressful situations with empathetic feedback and support.”

As of November 2020, Asfan used the handle prxnxesss_vimto and the screen name Vimto

on Twitter. As of the same date, Asfan also used the handle prxncess_vimto on Instagram.

As of November 2020, Asfan’s LinkedIn page said she was located in the “Albuquerque-Santa Fe Metropolitan Area” in North Central New Mexico.

Anti-Semitism

On June 29, 2020, Asfan tweeted: “‘is he yahoodi [Jewish]?’ ‘i think so’ '’Allah yi5rib beita beit’? [Let Allah destroy [his] home].”

On February 26, 2020, Asfan tweeted: “God created Jews and said ‘let there be nose.’”

Hatred of Israel

On October 10, 2020,Asfan indicated on Twitter that 7 years earlier, she attended an anti-Israel protest where protesters held signs calling to “END US aid to ISRAEL” and to “BOYCOTT ISRAEL.”

On September 12, 2020, Asfan tweeted: “absolutely not. f**k you and Trump and Isreal.”

Asfan’s tweet was responding to a tweet that read: “Can Democrats join Republicans to congratulate @realDonaldTrump on the peace deals between Israel, the UAE & now Bahrain. Plus, between Kosovo & Serbia. Peace is breaking out. Credit where credit is due, no?”

On August 5, 2020, Asfan tweeted: “yall know what i hate a little bit less than isra*l? mosquitoes. both are parasites.”

Asfan retweeted an August 5, 2020 tweet that read: “it’s f**k israel until my last breath on god.”

Asfan retweeted an August 4, 2020 tweet that read: “I hate Israel, and if you disagree, block me.”

Asfan retweeted an August 2, 2020 tweet that read: “another day by is another day closer to the death of isra*l

Asfan retweeted a June 24, 2020 tweet that read: “i wonder what our country could do with all the money we use to fund israel instead of supporting a genocide

Hatred of Zionists

On August 26, 2020, Asfan tweeted: “sounds a lot like the zionists have had inspiration.”

Asfan’s tweet was responding to another tweet that read: “today i learned the US army slaughtered 5000 bison every day for three years straight to weaken native americans by targeting their meat and hide supply.”

On June 12, 2020, Asfan tweeted: “shut up you fugly zionist.”

On the same day, Asfan tweeted: “waking up to zionist scum in my mentions<<<.”

On March 13, 2020, Asfan tweeted: “why couldn't it be the zionists?”

Asfan was responding to a tweet that read: “LGBTQ people at heightened risk from coronavirus, warn advocacy groups...”

On February 22, 2020, Asfan tweeted: “how zionists convince americans to be on their side.”

Asfan’s tweet featured a video of someone squeezing a latex toy pig.

On July 16, 2019, Asfan tweeted: “if you're pro Israel you're anti human and tbh i think that might be a little bit worse buddy.”

Asfan’s tweet was responding to a thread of tweets by then-U.S. President Donald Trump that read: “We will never be a Socialist or Communist Country. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY HERE, YOU CAN LEAVE! It is your choice, and your choice alone. This is about love for America. Certain people HATE our Country....”

On May 16, 2019, Asfan tweeted a video of someone saying to the camera: “KILL YOURSELF!” Asfan wrote: “for Netanyahu and zionists alike.”
