Asantewaa Nkrumah-Ture

Asantewaa Nkrumah-Ture expressed support for Hamas terrorism at multiple rallies as an organizer for Black Alliance for Peace (BAP) in 2023 and 2024.

Nkrumah-Ture has also spread antisemitism, expressed support for terrorists and promoted hatred of Zionism. She is a supporter of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.Langston

Nkrumah-Ture’s activism took place during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Israel launched the war, called called “Swords of Iron,” after a series of Hamas terror attacks and war crimes against Israeli civilians, including mass murder, torture, rape, beheadings and kidnappings. The atrocities were executed on October 7, 2023, and left approximately 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded.

As of April 2024, Nkrumah-Ture’s LinkedIn profile said she was a “Community Organizer at Community Resistance.”

In December 2023, Nkrumah-Ture was affiliated with the Philly Palestine Coalition (PPC), which describes itself as a “Philly-based Alliance of Palestinian, Black & Indigenous communities working to uplift Palestinian liberation.”

In 2024, Nkrumah-Ture was a member of BAP’s Philadelphia chapter (BAP Philly), the Green Party of Philadelphia (GPOP) and the Philadelphia Tenants Union (PTU).

In September 2023, Nkrumah-Ture participated in the Palestine Writes Literature Festival at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn), an event that reportedly “featured several activists who promoted conspiracies about Jewish power and called for violence against Israel.”

In February 2023, Nkrumah-Ture featured [00:59:50] as a speaker at the National Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) (NSJP) conference held on February 17-19, 2023, at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

On November 10, 2023, Nkrumah-Ture indicated on Facebook that she received a bachelor’s degree from Langston University (LU) in Langston, Oklahoma.

As of June 2024, Nkrumah-Ture’s Facebook About page said she was located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

As of the same date, Nkrumah-Ture went by the name “Mawusi Ture” on Facebook.
