Lila Abassi
Lila Abassi is a doctor who expressed support for Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists, as well as denied Hamas war crimes. As of March 2025, Abassi had reportedly been fired from her position.
Abassi wrote her social media posts during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.
As of February 2025, Abassi was listed on the Mount Sinai Hospital website as a doctor and an assistant professor of internal and hospital medicine.
On March 29, 2025, the New York Post reported that Abassi had been fired from Mount Sinai Hospital.
