Goyim Defense League
The Goyim Defense League (GDL) is a neo-Nazi activist network active since at least 2018, with headquarters in Palm Bay, Florida. The GDL stages anti-Semitic stunts across the U.S. and operates a white supremacist online video-sharing platform called GoyimTV (GTV), where members showcase their activism.
The term “goy” in Hebrew and Yiddish is often used to refer to a non-Jew, with “goyim” being the plural form. “Goy” literally means “nation” in Hebrew.
The GDL and its leading activists deny the Holocaust, promote Nazism and incite hatred and violence against Jews. GDL also spreads anti-Semitic conspiracy theories of many different kinds through their distribution of GTV flyers.
The group targets Jewish individuals and synagogues for harassment.
The group was reportedly behind 370 anti-Semitic incidents in 43 states in 2022, marking a significant increase from the 74 incidents recorded in 2021.
The GDL was founded [00:02:30] in 2018 by Jon Minadeo, who also serves as the group’s president. Minadeo has credited [00:38:26] Patrick Little, another prominent anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist and white supremacist, for inspiring him to start the GDL.
After being de-platformed from mainstream social media like YouTube, Minadeo joined with Dominic Di Giorgio to launch GTV, focusing mainly on anti-Semitic content. Minadeo creates content for his nearly-daily GTV live streams, often laced with music and parody to gain popularity and attract more followers.
In July 2020, Minadeo registered GTV under the name of “Goyim TV LLC” as a business in the State of California, designating himself as the company’s officer. In August 2020, GTV was reportedly taken down by its domain host, Epik, “under a flood of complaints,” but re-opened using a new domain just a month later.
On October 23, 2022, GTV was again temporarily shut down after a “hold” was placed on the site by its new domain provider, but the site was back online already by November 7, 2022.
On October 30, 2022, GTV’s business registration in California was terminated after the company’s status had changed to “Inactive” earlier that year. In December 2022, Minadeo reportedly moved the GDL headquarters and relocated himself from California to Florida.
The GDL is active both online via its GTV website and Minadeo’s personal social media accounts, as well as offline through organizing anti-Semitic activism like banner drops or the “Name the Nose Tour (NTNT)” campaign.
GDL activists have verbally harassed [02:55:40] members of the public and police officers with anti-Semitic and racial slurs. Activists participate in protests where they harass Jews and Israel supporters, spread neo-Nazi propaganda and distribute flyers.
The group recruits [00:29:50] an extensive network of activists who distribute thousands of anti-Semitic flyers throughout America. In June 2022, Minadeo claimed GDL activists distributed flyers in “over 32 states” across America.
GDL activists have been cited for littering and also arrested in multiple states after tossing flyers onto private property. They also distribute flyers in parking lots by placing flyers on car windshields, including at courthouses and onto police vehicles.
GDL’s activities span college campuses and residential areas with significant Jewish populations. They have also targeted synagogues and offices of Jewish organizations, as well as public spaces like interstate highways and busy intersections. GDL activists have placed anti-Semitic banners on major overpasses and projected anti-Semitic messages on buildings.
The GDL frequently partners with other neo-Nazi and white supremacist groups to hold joint rallies and organize street actions, including NatSoc Florida (NSF), the National Socialist Movement (NSM), the Proud Boys and Patriot Front.
Apart from espousing neo-Nazi ideology, GDL promotes anti-Semitic conspiracy theories popularized in recent years by the Black Hebrew Israelites (BHI) movement like the allegation: “Every Single Aspect of the Slave Trade was Jewish.”
The claim that Jews were dominant in the transatlantic slave trade was propagated in a book published by the Nation of Islam titled: “The Secret Relationship between Blacks and Jews.” The book has been discredited in a work titled: “Jews, Slaves, and the Slave Trade: Setting the Record Straight,” by John Jay College of Criminal Justice professor of history, Eli Faber.
Jon Minadeo (Handsome Truth)
Jon Minadeo [Jon Eugene Minadeo II] is a co-founder and president [00:02:30] of the GDL. Minadeo was arrested in Poland on hate speech charges for posing with anti-Semitic banners while visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial in August 2022.
Minadeo has targeted children online to convince them of his anti-Semitic and racist beliefs, sometimes while pretending to be a Jew. He has also persuaded [00:02:29] them to perform the Nazi salute and to promote his views to their friends.
In a similar online incident, Minadeo attempted to incite a U.S. Marine to kill Jews.
Minadeo has spread hatred of Jews and Israel, called for the expulsion of Jews from America, glorified Hitler and promoted Nazism. He has also denied the Holocaust, propagated anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and targeted Jews and Jewish organizations.
Dominic Di Giorgio (Shrunken Head Ned)
Dominic Di Giorgio was arrested in 2021 during an anti-Semitic incident in Texas. Di Giorgio has threatened [03:56:16] violence against Jews, mocked [00:03:31] the Holocaust and glorified [01:13:55] Hitler. He has also spread anti-Semitism and promoted [00:11:07] anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.
Di Giorgio helped launch GoyimTV (GTV). He hosts his own live stream on GTV called: “Shrunken Head Ned Call in Shoah.”
Shoah is the Hebrew word for “catastrophe,” and in modern Hebrew has come to refer to the Holocaust.
The GDL is funded [00:11:27] by private donations made during GTV live streams, which are hosted by Minadeo, as well as through the online sales of GDL’s anti-Semitic merchandise.
The group accepts payments in cryptocurrencies, Amazon eGift Cards, as well as cash, checks and money orders made to “Jon Minadeo” and mailed to GTV’s address in Palm Bay, Florida. The GDL also accepts money via other social media platforms like GabPay and Entropy.

On February 9, 2023, Minadeo posted a video of Brown igniting [00:04:30] a Nazi swastika and GDL members using the flaming swastika to burn [00:04:45] an Israeli flag. While the Israeli flag burned, GDL activists performed [00:04:51] a Nazi salute.

GDL sells “Swastika Soap” bars through its GTV online store. The soap bars feature an image of the anti-Semitic “Happy Merchant” caricature with text that says: “Wash the Jew away.” GDL sells the soap to mock reports of human fat being used by the Nazis to make soap during World War II.
On June 18, 2022, Minadeo posted on Gab: “HOW WHITE BOYZ DO SUMMER! / #GDL #HANDSOMETRUTH #WhiteBoySummer.” The post included a video of Minadeo placing an Israeli flag onto a burning swastika.
On March 2, 2022, Colby Alexander Frank, a GDL activist, posted on Gab, referring to conservative politicians: “...F**k you and f**k your mainstream garbage. I don’t care if I have to drag you through the political mud but you will wear a Swastika before the flame of the Aryan rises again to restore true order and nobility to this world.”
The GDL and its members incite hatred and violence against Jews.
On January 14, 2023, Weaver posted on Gab: “The conniving Kikes the spawn of Satan the Christ killers the demonic race of parasites.”
Kike is an anti-Semitic slur referring to a Jewish person.
On November 25, 2022, Minadeo featured in a video, where he asked [00:00:01] a US Marine: “Did you join the military because you felt like it was the patriotic thing to do? The marine responded [00:00:07]: “No. I joined the military, ‘cause I wanna pop skulls.”
Minadeo went on [00:00:09] to say, referring to Jews: “You wanna pop skulls?...Wouldn’t you rather take out the traitors and treasonous c**ksuckers that have hijacked this country and are sexualizing your children and pushing in communism?... In 2020, Minadeo and his group reportedly went on a NTNT in Southern California, driving in a van covered in anti-Semitic messages, such as “Jews killed Jesus” and “BLM [Black Lives Matter] is funded by Jews.”
The GDL and its members spread anti-Semitic conspiracy theories online and through their direct actions.
On February 9, 2023, Weaver posted to Gab: “Jewish supremacy is the biggest threat to world peace.” On October 13, 2022, Minadeo posted on Gab: “JEWS KILL KIDS.”
On September 12, 2022, Minadeo posted on Gab: “**911 IRL [in real life] ACTIVISM** ‘Texas 911 Banner Drop.’” The post included an image of a banner that read: “ISRAEL DID 911.” The banner referred to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
On September 11, 2022, Minadeo posted on Gab: “911 Flyers / Part 1.” The post included an image of a GDL flyer that said: “EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF 9/11 IS JEWISH.”

On June 16, 2022, Minadeo posted on Gab: “THROWBACK! MY FIRST BANNER I EVER DROPPED... SOLO MISSION... ‘GOOGLE 5 DANCING ISRAELIS.’”
The “Dancing Israelis” conspiracy theory is often employed by well-known anti-Semites, such as David Icke, who claim the 9/11 attacks were a “false flag” operation carried out by Israel.
Robert Wilson (Aryan Bacon)
Robert Wilson [Robert Frank Wilson] was arrested for allegedly projecting an anti-Semitic message on the historic Anne Frank House in Amsterdam in February 2023. Wilson also joined Minadeo in 2022 to promote Holocaust denial at the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp in Poland.
Wilson has also verbally harassed [00:00:48] members of the public [00:16:257] with anti-Semitic, racist, and other bigoted slurs. He has praised [00:21:37] Hitler and promoted [00:04:423]a variety of conspiracy theories to support his Holocaust denial.
Wilson was an activist with the GDLin 2021 to 2022. He participated [00:02:09] in the group’s fifth NTNT in Texas.
Jason Brown (14Heart)
Jason Brown [Jason J. Brown] has been arrested for acts of violence and has called [02:18:30] for violence against Jews. Brown has threatened Jews and harassed Israel supporters as an activist with the GDL in 2021.
Brown was arrested and charged with “grand theft” for stealing someone’s phone during a February 2022 neo-Nazi rally in Orlando, Florida. Brown was also awaiting trial on prior charges, including felony battery by strangulation and tampering with a witness “in a felony Life/Capital proceeding.”
Brown yelled [00:18:45] at a Jew to “get back in that oven,” and also said [02:18:30]: “F**k the kikes, gas ‘em all!” He has shown [00:05:00] admiration for Hitler and has called [00:02:08] the Holocaust a “f**king lie.” He has also called [00:37:47] for violence against Jews and expressed [00:01:21] hatred of black people. Brown also burned [00:04:30], spat [00:18:25] on and ripped [00:10:40] apart an Israeli flag.
Brown was an activist [00:32:26] with the GDLfrom 2019 to 2021. According to a May 24, 2021 article, published by a local Florida news site, Brown had reportedly been leading the GDL’s “Florida activities” since November 2020. He had also participated [00:02:07] in both of GDL’s 2021 NTNTs.
Nicholas Bysheim (Jehu)
Nicholas Bysheim [Nicholas Alan Bysheim] has been arrested and cited on multiple occasions after dumping anti-Semitic flyers onto private property in Florida. He was also charged with resisting an officer without violence.
Byhseim has also verbally harassed [00:04:10] members of the public and [02:59:52] police officers.He has also praised [00:06:18] Hitler and performed [00:00:13] the Nazi salute.
Bysheim has been an activist with the GDLsince 2021. He has produced numerous videos for the GDL and has engaged in GDL activism in Florida, Texas and Rhode Island.
Michael Weaver
Michael Weaver called for the expulsion [00:02:36] of Jews from America and harassed Jews outside a Florida synagogue in 2023. On social media and in his GDL activism, Weaver has promoted Nazism, denied the Holocaust and spread anti-Semitism.
As of May 2023, Weaver had been a leading activist with the GDL as early as May 2022. Weaver has engaged in GDL activism in Georgia and Florida where he personally distributed thousands of GDL flyers on government and private property.
In his social media videos, Weaver gives [00:02:17] legal tips on where to protest and how to distribute [00:05:50] flyers. He has also given [00:08:48] open-ended offers of legal advice to other neo-Nazi activists.
Colby Alexander Frank (Ace)
Colby Alexander Frank was arrested in May 2023 for threatening violence against a police officer. He also mocked [00:05:00] the Holocaust and performed [00:04:29] the Nazi salute outside a synagogue in Florida in 2023.
Frank yelled [00:01:40] anti-Semitic conspiracy theories while he passed out neo-Nazi flyers in Daytona Beach, Florida, in 2023. On social media, Frank has praised Hitler, promoted Nazism and spread anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.
As of May 2023, Frank was reportedly the leader of NSDAP, which describes itself on Gab.com as “a Florida focused National Socialist activism group.” The group reportedly “distributes their own white supremacist propaganda” and flyers and leaflets produced by the GDL.
David Kim (Yellow Power)
David Kim [David Jee Yung Kim] has called to “exterminate the Jews” and was arrested in 2022 in Rhode Island and, reportedly in 2023, in Florida, for distributing neo-Nazi flyers with the GDL.
In addition to littering lawns with anti-Semitic GDL flyers, Kim has held other roles in the group’s activism, including filming [00:01:16] events, distributing [00:05:34] GDL flyers in parking lots and driving [01:50:35] the vehicles that GDL uses.
On social media, Kim has also expressed love for Hitler, denied the Holocaust, and spread anti-Semitism and anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.
Jeffrey Kidder
Jeffrey Kidder was arrested for littering anti-Semitic flyers on private property in Wisconsin. Kidder has also verbally harassed [00:01:35] Jews and police [03:26:46] officers in Florida in his activism with the GDL.
On social media, Kidder has spread violent anti-Semitism, promoted anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and expressed hatred of Israel.

Philip Jacobs is an armed neo-Nazi activist who has published multiple threatening posts to social media against the Jewish and LGBTQ communities in 2022 and 2023.
Jacobs also said “Heil Hitler, motherf**ker!” to a man he called a “fake f**king laughing kike” in front of a Florida synagogue in 2023. He promoted [00:00:08] neo-Nazi literature in Florida in 2023 and he has tossed [00:01:46] baggies filled with anti-Semitic flyers multiple times in different cities in Georgia in both 2022 and [00:00:26] 2023.
On social media, Jacobs has praised Hitler and the Nazis, promoted anti-Semitism and spread bigotry and neo-Nazi propaganda.
As of May 2023, Jacobs was an activist with the GDL.
Hillary Jacobs (Mrs. Catfish)
Hillary Jacobs [Hillary Akin Jacobs] participated in multiple campaigns to throw neo-Nazi GDL flyers onto people’s private property in Georgia and Florida in 2022 and 2023, against the expressed objections of those in the targeted neighborhoods.
Jacobs has spread anti-Semitism and promoted Nazism on multiple occasions online. Jacobs has also promoted bigotry and encouraged others to print and distribute GDL flyers.
