Nicholas Bysheim

GDL founder Jon Minadeo, during a GTV live stream, said [00:46:13] that Bysheim was an “amazing asset” for GDL’s fourth Name the Nose Tour (NTNT) and made “ideas come to life.” Bysheim went on to describe [00:48:15] the NTNT as an “amazing experience.” He also filmed [00:30:15] part of the NTNT.

As of May 2023, Bysheim was reportedly a resident of Maryland.

As of the same date, Bysheim went by the alias “Jehu” on several social media platforms.

As of June 2023, Bysheim had a GiveSendGo crowdfunding page where he had raised over $3,100 for a “Jehu legal aid” fund.  

Three Arrests and Multiple Citations Related to GDL Activism

In October 2022, Bysheim and fellow GDL activist David Kim were reportedly arrested for littering “anti-Jewish literature pamphlets” on public sidewalks and private property in Newport City, Rhode Island. He was reportedly summoned to court on November 14, 2022.

On January 21, 2023, after distributing GDL’s anti-Semitic flyers in Florida, Bysheim was arrested [00:00:25] for refusing to provide identification when police were trying to cite him for littering. After Bysheim continued to throw additional fliers onto residential driveways and ignored repeated police requests to provide identification, Bysheim was charged with resisting an officer without violence. 

Bysheim was filmed by a local news station after a March 3, 2023 court hearing, insisting [00:01:25] he would “continue distributing literature in my nation.” 

On March 11, 2023, Bysheim was one of at least five GDL members who were reportedly cited for littering after they targeted more than 50 homes with GDL’s anti-Semitic flyers in West Palm Beach, Florida. 

On March 18, 2023, Bysheim and other GDL members were cited for littering anti-Semitic literature on residential property in West Palm Beach.

On May 5, 2023, Bysheim was arrested in a Florida court after the State Attorney's office announced they would prosecute two misdemeanor charges against him. As of mid-May, his case, 23MM000585AMB, was scheduled for a jury trial on July 25, 2023. 

The charges were for littering anti-Semitic literature on private property in West Palm Beach in March 2023, while Bysheim was out on bail for previous offenses. In a May 6, 2023 video on GTV, Minadeo said [00:13:46]he was working with bail bondsmen to release Bysheim later that night.

3/18/2023 - Harassing Residents and Police in Florida

Bysheim shouted [00:02:34] “Heil Hitler, kike!” at someone and called [00:34:06] a police officer a “f**king n**ger!” GDL members Bysheim, Minadeo and Kim reportedly drove around the Flamingo Park neighborhood of West Palm Beach in a rented U-Haul truck, throwing approximately 500 GDL flyers onto residents' front lawns.

Some residents confronted [00:00:22] the GDL members littering their driveways and front yards and specifically objected [00:01:02]. However, the GDL members taunted them with racial slurs and insisted [00:01:14] they were entitled to distribute their flyers wherever they pleased despite objections. 

The GDL members refused to leave the neighborhood and Bysheim said [00:02:09]: “This is a new f**king age in America, kike. Get ready to f**ckin’ go to to Israel…” 

Bysheim also said [00:02:27]: “We're going to keep doing this in our f**cking country until you f**king Jews get the f**ck out. Yeah, White Power.” Bysheim then continued [00:02:36]: “Heil Hitler, kike! Heil Hitler. He was right.”

After the GDL members continued [00:02:50] insulting Jews and challenging them to call the police, the GDL members drove away, with Bysheim telling [00:03:08] the Jews to “pack your bags!” The GDL members continued to throw [00:03:12] their flyers on the residents’ property.

The three GDL members were later approached[00:05:34] by police officers.

Bysheim suggested [00:13:25] the police were “taking orders” from the Anti-Demfation League (ADL). Bysheim asked [00:16:47] the officers: “Are you, too, under the directive of Yael Hershfield?” Hershfield works in the ADL’s Florida branch, where she serves as their Division Director of Incident Response and Law.

Bysheim also claimed [00:12:51] that the GDL activists they were performing an “audit” on the police department and that [00:17:08] there were “teams of paralegals watching.” Minadeo and Bysheim referred [00:23:54] to themselves as “First Amendment auditors.”

Bysheim said [00:25:57]: “we’re not stoppin’,” no matter what the citation said. After being handed the citation, Bysheim asked [00:29:52]: “Hey, what are you guys gonna do if we keep flyering?” One of the officers answered [00:30:47]: “If you continue to throw trash out, violating Florida laws, you’ll be cited for it every time.”

After Minadeo demanded that a senior officer roll down his window, the officer asked [00:33:09] Minadeo and Bysheim if they intended to continue throwing flyers. Bysheim responded: “Yes. Absolutely.” Minadeo responded: “Yes.”

Bysheim called [00:34:07] the officer a ‘f**king ni**er,” “a thieving ni**er” and called him and a third officer “Officer Ni**er.” One of the officers later warned [00:34:26] them that if they continued, the police would confiscate the flyers.

Minadeo then said [00:36:06]: “Take our flyers, you fat Jew!” After the officer confirmed again that Bysheim and Minadeo intended to continue their activities, the remaining flyers were confiscated [00:37:09].

While the police confiscated [00:37:18] their flyers, Bysheim said [00:37:28]: “We are documenting you stealing right now, like a n**ger!” He later said [00:38:03] to the same officer: “Hey, officer thief, go on n**ger, take 'em, take 'em all. Officer N**ger is your name!”

3/11/2023 - Harassing Police Officers in Florida

Bysheim shouted [03:43:40]: “F**k all you n**gers pieces of s**t!” at police while being investigated [03:39:54] for littering after tossing [02:05:43] neo-Nazi flyers [01:22:52] onto residential private property in West Palm Beach.

Bysheim threw [01:24:40] anti-Semitic flyers onto residents’ lawns and driveways from a rented [03:27:25] U-Haul short-bed truck. He joined [02:59:52] Minadeo in verbally harassing [03:00:20] and trying to provoke [03:02:45]Florida police officers. 

All five GDL members drove around in the truck, reportedly tossing more than 50 anti-Semitic flyers [01:24:09] at private driveways and lawns. They were later stopped [02:54:18] by the police and all five were cited [03:48:51] for littering. 

Bysheim and other GDL members then performed [02:46:55] a Nazi salute to the camera during the live-streaming of the event.

While driving in the truck, Minadeo shouted [02:40:40]: “That n**gers taking a s**t! This f**king n**ger is taking a s**t in the f**king… Oh my god… What the f**k?? Can we reverse? Let's drive by y’all, flip a U-ey.”

Bysheim then shouted [02:41:45]: “We need you to go back to Africa! That behavior won’t fly in this county!” He yelled [02:41:33]: “Savage n**ger!” 

The GDL members were later stopped [02:54:32] by the police.

When a female lieutenant approached [03:39:50] the detained GDL members, Minadeo told [03:40:20] her: “This n**ger is getting in my face!” The lieutenant replied [03:40:22]: “Would you like to get your ID for me?” 

Bysheim called [03:41:27] a police officer a “f**king mongrel, genetic disgrace. You have no identity. You’re the genetic makeup of a Jewish person.” 

Bysheim continued [03:43:40]: “F**k all you n**ger pieces of s**t! F**k you! F**k you! F**king especially...f**king genetic disgrace… It is a sin to race-mix.” 

3/3/2023 - Harassing and Threatening Police Officers in FL

Bysheim threatened [00:09:23] police officers and called [00:09:42] them “un-American scumbag faggot cowards, communist f**king pieces of s**t.” He was inside [00:05:26] a courthouse parking garage after officers collected neo-Nazi flyers Bysheim had placed on car windshields in the garage.

Bysheim spoke [00:00:46] to officers from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) who collected the anti-Semitic flyers he and other GDL members had placed on numerous vehicles in the garage.

Bysheim told [00:01:15] a police officer who asked his identity: “My name is Nicholas Bysheim. I’m all over the news right now. You and your Jewish f**kin’ owners and your Jewish employers want to paint me as a terrorist. I’m here saving America.”

Bysheim continued [00:02:10]: “You’re an invader, you do not look like European stock.” 

Later on, Bysheim said [00:09:10]: “You are un-American, communist faggots, that support the pedophelian [sic] molestation of children, because all of your bosses are kikes!”

Bysheim threatened [00:09:23 the officers: “Hey, guess what, this new generation is coming. We are going to ban all you faggot freemasons. You are all gonna be tried for treason, and all your f**king Jew bosses are gonna get ejected to f**king Israel and then Iran is gonna nuke the s**t out of it. …Penalty for treason. Look it up.” 

Bysheim concluded [00:09:42]: “All of you are un-American scumbag faggot cowards. Communist f**kin’ pieces of s**t. Every f**kin’ one of you. You swear an oath to protect our rights and here you are, suckin’ Jew-d**k! F**k all of you!...Heil f**king Hitler, you stupid f**ks.”

2/17/2023 - Harassing Jews outside a Florida Synagogue

Bysheim verbally harassed [00:04:10] a man whom he believed to be Jewish, calling him a “f**king degenerate kike” and [00:04:38] a “genetic f**king mongrel.” Bysheim later performed [00:06:18] a Nazi salute.

On February 17, 2023, Bysheim joined with over a dozen GDL activists in a protest outside a Chabad synagogue in Orlando, Florida. GDL members held anti-Semitic signs and harassed [00:00:51] pedestrians and drivers they identified as Jewish with anti-Semitic slurs.

Bysheim said [00:03:43] to a man on the street, whom he believed was Jewish: “Hey, you look like you have Tay-Sachs!”

Bysheim added [00:03:51]: “Pedophilia! Look at this degenerate d**k-worshipping faggot-kike! Worships penises! Amalak [Amalek]!” 

Bysheim continued [00:04:11]: “You’re not welcome in my country, you f**king degenerate kike! You have no nation! You have no nation! Hey, where’s your nation, Jew? Where’s your race, Jew? Where’s your race, God's chosen people? Hey, where's your country?”

Bysheim then said [00:04:34]: “Where’s your race, you mamzer [bastard]? You rat-face genetic f**king mongrel, where’s your race? Where’s your nation? Where’s your nation? Hey, how’d you get Israel? How’d you get Israel?”

Neo-nazi activist Colby Alexander Frank then approached [00:04:56] the same man, holding a bar of soap. Bysheim said [00:04:56]: “He’s got some soap. It’s made out of your ancestors! It’s made out of your grandma!” The soap referenced Nazi experimentation with using the fat of dead Jews to make soap.  

As the man walked off, Bysheim shouted [00:05:32]: “Get ready to f**king pack your bags to Israel! Yeah, where they suck baby penises!” 

The man yelled [00:05:50] back: “What's the fifth amendment?” Bysheim replied [00:05:51]: “The fifth amendment is to get the f**k out of here because it doesn’t apply to you! It doesn’t apply to you s**tskins…” 

Bysheim did [00:06:18] a Nazi salute and yelled at someone: “WHITE POWER! Hey, Heil Hitler! WHITE POWER.”

At the demonstration, Bysheim held [00:00:03] up a sign implying that media, banking, Hollywood, government, pornography and “THE 1%” are all connected and the common denominator is that Jews control all of them.

12/31/2022- Projecting Anti-Semitic Messages in Orlando

On the night of December 31, 2022, Bysheim, Minadeo and other GDL activists projected [00:00:42] anti-Semitic messages across the top of the Fairwinds Credit Union building on West Central Boulevard in Orlando. They used a laser projector to display the text on that building and other structures. 

Bysheim posted a video showing the event, titled: “HAPPY JEW YEAR GOYIM.” The video also showed [00:00:11] him performing a Nazi salute. 

Some of the messages that scrolled [00:00:39] across the Fairwinds building included: “THE HOLOCAUST NEVER HAPPENED BUT IT SHOULD HAVE,” [00:01:16] “VAX THE JEW,” [00:01:25] “HONK IF YOU HATE THE JEWS” and [00:01:33] “HITLER WAS RIGHT!!!” 

They also projected [00:00:52] text across another building that read: “DID THE JEWS KILL KANYE YET???”

In the fall of 2022, American rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, sparked controversy after tweeting that he would go “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.” Ye also promoted [00:01:02, 00:04:37] anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and argued he was not anti-Semitic because “black people are actually Jew also.” In the wake of his remarks, Ye lost brand deals with companies such as Adidas, Gap and Foot Locker.

Promoting GDL’s Anti-Semitic Flyering and Activism

In 2022, Bysheim produced a series of videos promoting GDL’s flyer distribution. His videos featured footage of flyers being printed [00:00:17] and activists packaging [00:00:56] the flyers and tossing [00:02:30] them onto private and public property. The GDL has referred to these activists as “Papergoys” and provided them with a “Papergoy Beginner’s Guide” on their website.

On December 3, 2021, Bysheim posted on Odysee a video titled: “NAZI GANG.” The video showed GDL activists hanging anti-Semitic banners over a bridge. The video also featured a song by neo-Nazi musician “Mr.Bond,” which promoted Nazism and hatred of Jews.  

On November 23, 2021, Bysheim posted on Odysee a video that showed [00:00:11] a graphic with the main character of the movie American History X, who is a neo-Nazi man. The graphic showed the man stomping on the head of another man with the face of the anti-Semitic Happy Merchant caricature superimposed on him. That man’s face was on a street curb and the video was titled: “Heeb Curbside.” 

The Happy Merchant is an anti-Semitic cartoon caricature of a Jew with a black beard, long hooked nose, a hunched back, crooked teeth and wrung hands. The cartoon is often used in memes by white supremacists to spread conspiracy theories and harass Jews online.  

The video showed Minadeo in a GDL protest denying [00:00:15] the Holocaust, calling [00:00:21] a man a “fat Jew” multiple times and harassing [00:00:32] a police officer. The video also showed GDL activist Robert Wilson claiming [00:01:43] that the “Jew is the enemy of mankind.”
