Colby Alexander Frank

Frank yelled [00:01:40] anti-Semitic conspiracy theories while he passed out neo-Nazi flyers in Daytona Beach, Florida, in 2023. That same year, he hung anti-Semitic banners on a bridge in Florida alongside other neo-Nazi groups.

On social media, Frank has praised Hitler, promoted Nazism and spread anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.

As of May 2023, Frank was reportedly the leader of NSDAP, which describes itself on Gab.com as “a Florida focused National Socialist activism group.” The group reportedly “distributes their own white supremacist propaganda” as well as flyers and leaflets produced by the Goyim Defense League (GDL).

In 2022, Frank participated in multiple protests with NSDAP and members of other neo-Nazi groups in Florida, like GDL and White Lives Matter (WLM). His activism reportedly included a May 2022 protest outside Disney World in Orlando, Florida, where activists flew Nazi flags.

As of February 2023, Frank was an activist [00:05:00] affiliated with GDL, a neo-Nazi hate group active since at least 2018, with headquarters in Palm Bay, Florida. The group stages anti-Semitic stunts across the U.S. and operates a white supremacist online video-sharing platform called GoyimTV (GTV).

The term “goy” in Hebrew and Yiddish is often used to refer to a non-Jew, with “goyim” being the plural form. “Goy” literally means “nation” in Hebrew.

Frank reportedly graduated from Jacksonville University (JU) with a bachelor’s degree [p. 6] in Political Science in 2015.

In 2023, Frank used [00:01:50] the alias “Ace” among his fellow neo-Nazi activists.

As of February 2023, Frank was reportedly located in Florida.

As of May 2023, Frank’s handle on Gab was “@AceNSDAP” and had the username “NSDAP.”

5/20/2023 - Arrested for Threatening a Police Officer

Frank was arrested [00:00:38] in Florida with GDL co-founder Jon Minadeo on May 20, 2023. He was reportedly deemed to have posed [00:06:57] a threat to a police officer after “trying to fight” him when police tried to arrest Minadeo.

Minadeo posted [00:00:02] a video of the arrest to Gab on May 23, 2023. Frank could be seen on the right side of the screen wearing a red shirt. Minadeo’s alias on Gab is “Handsome Truth,” which he sometimes shortens to HT.

Minadeo captioned the video: “HT & ACE GET ARRESTED & KIDNAPPED BY ZOGBOTS IN FLORIDA!!!”

ZOG stands for Zionist Occupied Government, an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory that claims Jews secretly control Western governments. The phrase is frequently used by anti-Semitic and white nationalist groups.  

4/9/2023 - Hanging Anti-Semitic Banners on a Florida Bridge

Frank and other neo-Nazi activists dropped [00:00:01] anti-Semitic banners on a pedestrian bridge over a highway in Orlando, Florida. Members of the GDL, NatSoc Florida (NSF), Central Florida Proud Boys and National Socialist Movement (NSM) also participated. Frank wore [00:00:01] a green and white Hawaiian shirt with cargo shorts and sunglasses.

During the demonstration, Frank held [00:00:01] the flag of the NSF. The NSF logo consists of the letter “N,” a Sowilō, and the Wolfsangel, a Nazi Germany-appropriated symbol reportedly “part of the divisional insignia of several Waffen-SS units.”

The banners the neo-Nazi groups dropped began with one that said “Problem” next to a Jewish Star of David and a communist hammer and sickle, followed by the word “Solution” next to neo-Nazi symbols, including a swastika. The rest of their banners said: “Drag Queens are Pedophiles with AIDS!,” “The Great Replacement IS REAL ,” “BAN Faggots. Not Guns,” and “End Abortion. Save White Babies.”

GDL’s description of their action on Twitter said: “Awesome Collaborating with GDL, Central FL PB, & NSM. / We're seeing more and more White Unity everyday, every group in Florida will inevitably come together, and Florida will be a Fascist state. / Visit http://NatSocFlorida.org to learn more.” 

2/19/2023 - Handing Out Anti-Semitic GDL Flyers in Florida 

Frank joined with GDL activists Philip Jacobs and Michael Weaver to hand out [00:00:36] over 800 anti-Semitic flyers in Daytona Beach, Florida, during the Daytona 500 race weekend. 

During their activism, Frank told [00:01:11] a woman on the street: “Do you like gun control? Gun control is Jewish. Do you like immigration? Jewish! Do you like transsexuals? Jewish!”

Frank then pointed [00:01:20] to a large sign he was holding that claimed “Every Aspect of the Biden Administration is Jewish,” telling the woman to check on “Goyim.TV” for more information.

Frank then promoted [00:01:40] various pieces of GDL material to the same woman, saying: “We got Covid for Jewish! We got 9/11 for Jewish! We got slavery for Jewish and they blame it on white people!”

The claim that Jews were dominant in the transatlantic slave trade was propagated in a book published by the Nation of Islam titled: “The Secret Relationship between Blacks and Jews.” The book has been discredited in a work titled: “Jews, Slaves, and the Slave Trade: Setting the Record Straight,” by John Jay College of Criminal Justice professor of history, Eli Faber.

Later, Frank said [00:02:45]: “Jews stole the f**king election from Donald Trump, dude!... Ah! Look! Your drag queen story hour: that’s sponsored by Jews! We got all the information!... There is a lot of Jews behind abortion in this country! There you go!”

2/17/2023 - Mocking the Holocaust Outside a Florida Synagogue

Frank mocked [00:05:00] the Holocaust, performed [00:04:29] a Nazi salute and joined [00:00:50] Minadeo and others in verbally harassing Jews outside a synagogue in Orlando, Florida. Frank appeared [00:00:49] in a GDL video of the incident, wearing a green and white Hawaiian shirt and sunglasses.

On February 17, 2023, Frank participated with over a dozen GDL activists in an action outside a Chabad synagogue in Orlando, Florida. GDL members held anti-Semitic signs and harassed pedestrians and drivers they identified as Jewish with anti-Semitic slurs.

Frank approached [00:04:54] a man on the street he believed was Jewish and offered him a bar of soap while Nicholas Bysheim, a GDL member, told [00:04:56] the man: “He’s got some soap. It’s made out of your ancestors! It’s made out of your grandma!”

Frank then said [00:05:00]: “This is my apology for the Holocaust.”

As of May 2023, “Swastika Soap” bars were sold online by GDL. The soap’s packaging featured an image of the anti-Semitic caricature known as the “Happy Merchant” with text saying: “Wash the jew Away.” GDL produced the soap to mock reports of Nazis using human fat to make soap during World War II. 

Moments before, Minadeo interviewed [00:00:01] a Jewish woman on the street for a Goyim.TV podcast titled “HT Interviews 2d Generation Holohoax Survivor.” He handed her a bar of soap, saying [00:03:21]: “I have a present for you. This is the soap that you were talking about. This is called ‘Swastika Soap.’” Minadeo went on [00:03:30] to tell the woman: “So, this is made out of the fat of dead Jews, and the semen and the teeth. It smells amazing. Would you like to take this home?” 

Minadeo continued [00:03:41]: “These are your relatives in one bar of soap. ‘Wash the Jew Away,’ what do you think?”

During the demonstration, Frank held [00:00:49] a sign that said: “Every Single Aspect of the Covid Agenda is Jewish.”  

Minadeo yelled [00:00:40] through a megaphone at a Jewish man sitting in a car at the synagogue’s parking lot: “Here we have a baby penis sucker upset that we are exposing his Synagogue of Satan. ‘Those who say they are Jews and are not.’” 

The phrase “synagogue of Satan” is mentioned in two verses from the New Testament’s Book of Revelation (2:9, 3:9), which have been used through the ages to justify anti-Semitism.

Minadeo then told [00:01:10] the man: “You are the devil, Jew. That’s why you suck baby penis. That’s why you’ve been kicked out of 109 nations 1,030 times. That’s why you look like a, like a f**king retard because your people inbreed so much. You’re so f**king paranoid. You’re hideous. And you’re gonna get expelled again. Laugh about it now. Free Palestine. Free America. F**k you, Jew.”

GDL activist Jeffrey Kidder then yelled [00:01:35] at the Jewish man: “Pack your bags, maggot!”

Frank also performed [00:04:29] the Nazi salute in front of the synagogue.  

Praising Hitler

As of May 2023, Frank’s header photo on Gab was a graphic comprised of a stylized portrait of Adolf Hitler with the words “WAS RIGHT.”

On July 18, 2022, Frank wrote a Gab post where he referred to Hitler as “Saint Adolf Hitler” and claimed that Jews were “behind everything negative and man-made for the past 100 years.”

Frank reposted an April 20, 2022, post on Gab that included a photo of Hitler in military uniform while holding a Nazi flag and surrounded by Nazi soldiers. 

The post said: “Happy birthday to the man who will forever be the immortal symbol of our struggle against the eternal enemy. One day we will cast off our chains and eject them from our homelands, and we will have our home again. / #Hitler #HeilHitler #HailHitler #WhiteUnity #WhiteFight #WhiteLivesMatter #420 #HappyBirthday.”

On March 2, 2022, Frank posted on Gab, referring to his feelings towards conservative politicians: “F**k you and f**k your mainstream garbage. I don’t care if I have to drag you through the political mud but you will wear a Swastika before the flame of the Aryan rises again to restore true order and nobility to this world.”

On July 29, 2023, Frank posted on Gab: “... You're calling white men feds because white men are willing to fight for a racial ideal, something garbage conservativism has never once done. Our country is going into the toilet of human history thanks to being drowned in the toilet of genetic human refuse. / The left openly brags about demographics being destiny and smears it all over white peoples faces, but you ‘conservatives’ can't even conserve your own bloodlines. You losers act proud to have mixed grandkids. / F**k you.”

Anti-Semitic Conspiracy Theories

On April 6, 2023, Frank posted on Gab a GTV flyer titled: “Every Single Aspect of the LGBTQ+ Movement is Jewish.” 

Frank wrote: “Hey everyone. Look at what’s going on with the homosexual agenda! Push back against these globalist bankers and spread the word. Go to http://gtvflyers.com for a complete guide on how to safely use your First Amendment rights to distribute literature.”

On March 28, 2023, Frank posted the same GTV flyer to Gab and wrote: “Hey everyone. Look at the mafia behind the international ‘gender theory,’ terrosim… / For more information on this international mafia visit http://gtvflyers.com and spread the word…” 

Frank reposted a February 22, 2022 post on Gab that said: “...The way the fake jews, Ashkenazi Reform jews, took over our country was thru the Vietnam War./ During the 60s, after the American Zionist Council killed JFK, they pushed for war in Vietnam thru the CIA… / So, now we have, after the war ended, a population of college graduated jews who now can enter into law, media, banking and government positions... / Thus, effectively, cleansing the American success story from its original inhabitors.. traditional white America, and giving ALL ASPECTS of power to the greedy, manipulative fake jew. / And now, the traditional family unit is being depleted. / This has been a slow genocide, taking 60 years to culminate to what we are now facing.”
