Michael Weaver

On February 17, 2023, GDL members protested outside of a Chabad synagogue in South Florida. The members displayed large anti-Semitic signs and harassed [00:00:51] Jewish people passing by on foot and in their cars with anti-Semitic slurs.

While leading the protest, Weaver yelled [00:02:19] through a megaphone: “Now, if you’d put me as President, I’ma nuke Israel!”

Weaver continued [00:02:36]: “If you vote Michael Weaver for President, I will take every Jew out of America and we’ll be free again! Weaver 2024! Don’t vote for Trump or Biden! They sell out for Jewish Interests! They’re controlled by AIPAC [American Israel Public Affairs Committee] also known as the Israeli lobby. Look it up!”

Weaver added [00:02:59]: “Jews controlled the slave trade! … Jews owned the slave ships! Louis Farrakhan, Nation of Islam, noi.org!” 

The claim that Jews were dominant in the transatlantic slave trade was propagated in a book published by the Nation of Islam titled: “The Secret Relationship between Blacks and Jews.” The book has been discredited in a work titled: “Jews, Slaves, and the Slave Trade: Setting the Record Straight,” by John Jay College of Criminal Justice professor of history, Eli Faber.

Weaver said [00:03:10]: “We are here to stop the Jewish power structure from destroying western, white civilization that white men created! We can either do this peacefully or we can do it by force. The choice is yours, but our patience is getting thin.”

Weaver also yelled [00:02:30] through a megaphone at a person on the street who he believed was Jewish: “I would nuke Israel!” 

At the same protest, a passerby filmed the demonstration where Weaver yelled [00:00:26] at him: “You don’t even have a woman, you inbred f**k… you might be a little queer, though.”

Weaver also posted a video of the protest, where he said [00:01:07]: “Exposing these Jewish supremacists outside Chabad Lubavitch…”

In Weaver’s video, Minadeo told [00:01:10] someone driving into the synagogue parking lot: “You are the devil, Jew. That’s why you suck baby penis. That’s why you’ve been kicked out of 109 nations 1,030 times. That’s why you look like a f**king retard because your people inbreed so much. You’re so f**king paranoid. You’re hideous. And you’re gonna get expelled again. Laugh about it now. Free Palestine. Free America. F**k you, Jew.”

GDL activist Jeffrey Kidder then yelled [00:01:35] at the same Jewish man: “Pack your bags, maggot!”

Weaver also filmed a police car, saying: [00:02:00] “And as you can see in the background, we got a zogbot protecting Jewish supremacists in white America. You can see he’s just sitting there in the median watching us even though we are peacefully assembled on a public sidewalk, which is protected under the First Amendment.”

ZOG stands for Zionist Occupied Government, an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory that claims Jews secretly control Western governments. The phrase is frequently used by anti-Semitic and white nationalist groups.  

2/18/2023 - GDL Activism in Daytona Beach, Florida

Weaver participated [00:11:05] in a GDL demonstration where he promoted an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory and deposited [00:01:40] anti-Semitic flyers on car windshields at a parking lot.

On February 18, 2023, GDL members distributed [00:02:30] flyers and displayed an anti-Semitic banner with NatSoc Florida (NSF) activists on the pedestrian bridge leading to the Daytona International Speedway in Florida. 

Weaver and other GDL activists placed [00:02:30] the flyers onto car windshields in a parking lot. The group then drove [00:07:30] away and stationed themselves near the Daytona Bridge.

Activists stood [00:00:20] at the side of the road, holding anti-Semitic signs and making anti-Semitic statements through a megaphone at people crossing the overpass to attend the annual Daytona 500 race. 

Weaver filmed Minadeo, who shouted [00:00:20] through a megaphone at people across the freeway: “Shut up, you stupid Jew, you're in a hatchback. You should be in an oven! … And when white people wake up, you f**kers are done! Pack your bags, Jew.”

Weaver later said [00:11:05] to the camera: “Got a banner here about the slave trade, a book by Professor Tony Martin, a black man that spoke the truth about the Jewish people dominating the slave trade.” He later held [00:56:34] a sign saying, “Keep all your Jewish Blessings.” The sign implied that these blessings included “Pornography,” “Pedophilia,” and “Child trafficking.”

Weaver and other GDL members then went onto the pedestrian bridge where they joined [01:11:49] masked NSF members who had hung up two anti-Semitic banners that read: “Henry Ford was right about the Jews’ and “Communism is Jewish.”

Henry Ford was an American car manufacturer and notorious anti-Semite.

GDL and NSF members handed [01:14:45] out anti-Semitic flyers as they jointly and repeatedly harassed [01:27:10] passersby of all different racial backgrounds with anti-Semitic and racist statements [01:30:28] like: “Shut up you faggot race traitor!”

GDL leader Minadeo also shouted [01:19:53] to passersby below the overpass: “Do you think I really wanna be out here on a Saturday talking about Jews to a bunch of retards? You think I really wanna waste my Saturday trying to wake up retards about the Jews that suck baby d**ks and control our country! Wake up!…Wake up, white man!”

2/21/2023 - Distributing GDL Flyers at a Florida Courthouse

On February 21, 2023, Weaver posted a video on Bitchute of him and Jacobs distributing GDL flyers on car windshields at a courthouse parking lot. Weaver also gave legal advice to other neo-Nazi activists throughout the video.

The incident occurred at the parking lot of the Volusia County - Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, S. James Foxman Justice Center, 251 N. Ridgewood Ave. in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Weaver began [00:00:22]: “This is in response to [Volusia County] Sheriff Mike Chitwood of the Sheriff’s Department, claiming that we are cowardly scumbags for exercising our rights to free speech here in America. We are on your turf during the day and we are about to distribute your favorite flyer: The ADL [Anti-Defamation League] was founded on child rape and murder. We’re about to hit this entire parking lot with these flyers to educate these deputies that this organization is a criminal anti-white organization and we’re not going to put up with it.”

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) was founded in 1913 “To stop the defamation of the Jewish people and to secure justice and fair treatment to all.”

Weaver wore [00:01:47] a GTV hat and a black t-shirt with a skull and “88” on it. He performed a Nazi salute while posing next to a Volusia County Sheriff’s Office police cruiser. Weaver then placed a flyer on the cruiser’s windshield.

“88” is code for “Heil Hitler,” since “H” is the eighth letter of the alphabet.  

Weaver placed approximately 60 more flyers on other vehicles in the parking lot. He addressed [00:02:30] the camera, saying: “By the way, Sherriff Chitwood, I’m Michael Weaver from Cartersville, Georgia. I’ll exercise my Constitutional rights any f**kin’ where, whether you f**kin’ like it or not. F**k off!”

Weaver later said [00:03:37]: “The Georgia GDL! We run this s**t! Y’all don’t run this s**t, we run this s**t here! It’s f**king white power all the f**king way!”

Later in the video, Weaver spoke [00:05:50] while Jacobs placed flyers on windshields. Weaver said: “We are exercising our First Amendment rights at a public place. This is a public parking lot. This is 100% legal.”

Weaver later said [00:08:48]: “I encourage all pro-white activists to do this in their city. It’s 100% legal. If you have any problems with law enforcement, contact me. I’d be more than happy to help you with laws in regards to this distribution. I actually study law so I know what we can and cannot do as activists.”

Weaver later addressed [00:10:48] Sheriff Chitwood again and discussed specific legal issues related to distributing flyers door to door.

3/7/2023 - Spreading Anti-Semitism with GDL in Florida

On March 7, 2023, GDL activists Philip Jacobs and Hillary Jacobs posted a video to their joint Bitchute account titled: “MIKE ON THE MIC.” The video featured Weaver yelling anti-Semitic statements through a megaphone while driving slowly near various commercial centers and strip malls in Florida.
 
In the video, Weaver sat in the back of a U-Haul short bed truck, shouting [00:00:01] through a megaphone: “This is a public service announcement: First Thessalonians, chapter two, the Jews killed Jesus Christ! The Jews killed Jesus Christ!” 

The accusation that the Jews are the killers of Jesus has historically fed into Christian anti-Semitism.

Weaver continued [00:00:09]: “Jews are 3% of the population and 80% of the Biden administration. We have been hijacked in America by Jewish supremacists!... America has been hijacked by Jews!...”

Philip Jacobs later used [00:00:56] the bullhorn to tell people: “The time of judgment is at hand! Repent, Jews! Repent! For your lies! You’re glowing, n**ger!”

Depositing Flyers on Government and Private Property

As of May 15, 2023, Weaver had posted over 100 videos to his Bitchute account, documenting his weekly and sometimes daily depositing of GDL’s anti-Semitic flyers onto private and public property since May 2022. As well as distributing flyers sent to him by Minadeo, Weaver also prints them himself.

GDL’s anti-Semitic flyers are covered in colorful graphics and promote many anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, such as the Jews controlling the media and blaming Jews for the Coronavirus pandemic. One flyer claims that the Talmud is “Satanic.”

The assertion that Jews control the media has been traced to the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, an anti-Semitic fabricated text that depicts wealthy Jews conspiring to take over the world. 

The Talmud is a fundamental text of Rabbinic Judaism and a primary source of Jewish religious law and Jewish theology.  

Based on his videos and social media posts, Weaver often places the flyers on car windshields in parking lots, including the lots at the Bartow County courthouse and Cartersville Police Department. He has also distributed [00:01:30] flyers in public parks in Georgia.

Weaver has also thrown [00:00:29] flyers into people's front yards and hung [00:01:04] them on people’s front door handles. The flyers are placed [00:01:54] in plastic baggies packed with rice grains and other materials to weigh the bag down, such as corn kernels.

As of April 2023, Weaver maintained a fundraising “legal defense fund” page on givesendgo.com titled: “Free Speech Battle.” On the page, he wrote that the City of Cartersville, Georgia, cited him for “distributing political flyers on April 19th, 2022” and that he has “retained legal counsel who is fighting this unconstitutional ordinance.”

On April 10, 2023, Weaver posted a video to his Gab account showing an assortment of GDL flyers, which he had printed, ready for a “huge distribution” in Georgia. 

On February 4, 2023, Weaver posted a video to Gab and said: “2,000 flyers being dropped tonight…”

According to a November 23, 2022 article published by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC), the owner of a gym filed a report of “alleged harassment” in May 2022 after he canceled Weaver’s membership for displaying a “white supremacist flyer” on the gym’s bulletin board. 

The same article stated that in September 2022, “police issued criminal trespassing warnings to Weaver and an associate after the owner of the Booth Museum in Cartersville complained about flyers being placed on cars in his parking lot.”

On July 14, 2022, during a GTV livestream, Minadeo said [00:59:06] that Weaver “is out there every day.” 

On May 28, 2022, Weaver posted a video to Bitchute of hundreds of flyers and thanked Minadeo for sending him an “awesome package full of literature” that will be “going all over the state of Georgia.” Weaver has often described the flyers as “educational,” covering a “plethora of topics.”

In a May 18, 2022, GTV livestream episode, Minadeo spoke [00:30:15] about flyering and praised [00:03:37] Weaver for being “a savage out there.”

Pleading Guilty to Aggravated Assault in 2011

In December 2010, Weaver was charged with aggravated assault for pepper spraying a black man, to which he initially pled guilty. According to the court case report, Weaver allegedly sprayed the victim “directly in the face with mace.”

According to a November 15, 2011 article published by a local news outlet, Weaver was sentenced to one year in prison followed by nine years probation. He was also “banished” from all six counties in the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit, Georgia, until his probation ended.

On the same date, a local news station reported that the District Attorney's office informed the court that Weaver had “previously been arrested for threatening to kill a 15-year-old girl, had been cited for passing out anti-semantic [sic] flyers, and even threatening Columbus police officers.” The report also said Weaver was “ordered to stay away from the victims and any law enforcement officials in our area.”

On January 17, 2023, Weaver claimed in a Gab post that he was “railroaded into prison” due to his activism with Natall.

Promoting Nazism

On March 15, 2023, Weaver posted to Gab a recording of himself performing the Nazi salute with Minadeo.

On March 11, 2023, Weaver posted a photo of himself to Gab, posing next to a Volusia County, Florida, Sheriff’s car, performing the Nazi salute, and holding flyers in one hand. He wrote: “We came we saw we conquered!” The image was taken [00:01:47] during the February 21, 2023, GDL flyer distribution.

On April 10, 2022, Weaver posted a photo of two girls holding up swastika symbols with text across the image that read: “IT’S OKAY TO BE WHITE.”

Promoting Holocaust Denial

On May 3, 2023, Weaver posted to Gab: “F**k your fake Holocaust!...”

On September 6, 2022, Weaver posted a video to Bitchute titled: “Why is it illegal to question the Holocaust?”

In the video, Weaver stood outsidethe Kennesaw State University’s Museum of History & Holocaust Education and claimed [00:00:09] it was where students are brainwashed about the “Holohoax.” He then filmed [00:00:40] some of GDL’s anti-Semitic flyers placed on the windscreens of vehicles in the parking lot at the site.

Spreading Anti-Semitism 

On February 9, 2023, Weaver posted to Gab: “Jewish supremacy is the biggest threat to world peace.”

On January 14, 2023, Weaver posted to Gab: “The conniving Kikes the spawn of Satan the Christ killers the demonic race of parasites.”

Kike is an anti-Semitic slur referring to a Jewish person.

On November 17, 2022, Weaver posted on Gab: “God made Jews so physically repulsive as a warning for Gentiles to stay away from them. It's almost like seeing a snake, (((rat))) or spider nearby. Just look at the ugly visage of (((Barbara Streisand))) I rest my case.”
