Winnie Okello
Winnie Okello is a government employee who participated in a pro-terror rally during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists, launched after the October 7, 2023 terror attacks.

Winnie Okello posted photos and videos from the same rally, which took place in February 2024, to her Instagram page.
Winnie Okello has used her Instagram to post other anti-Israel content, including a video from a June 2024 rally that featured activists holding a sign that said: "FROM THE RIVER TO THE SEA / PALESTINE WILL BE FREE." She was a featured speaker at the same rally.
“From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free!” is a chant used [00:02:52] to call for the elimination of the State of Israel.
As of January 2025, Winnie Okello's LinkedIn profile said she worked as a parks and recreation equity program specialist at the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
As of the same date, Winnie Okello's LinkedIn said she was the founder of the Harassment and Assault Reporting Platform (H.A.R.P).

On February 5, 2024, PPC, LPC and HPC held an unauthorized anti-Israel protest inside the Pennsylvania Capitol Building in Harrisburg, PA.
Activists called for Israel’s destruction in Arabic and English multiple times. They also called for violence and terrorism in Arabic.
Later, after being told to leave, many of the protestors were arrested for taking part in an “unpermitted, unauthorized demonstration.”
The rally was part of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.
