Threatening Violence

On January 29, 2022, Harper was featured in a Twitter video, in which he said [00:00:12]: “Bro, if I had known about that motherf**king funeral, I would have f**ked that s**t up, bro! All the way, 100 percent…No cops, no KKK, n**ger…That would have been a wet dream to f**k that funeral up, bro!...”

Harper’s threats reportedly came a day after a police officer was killed while responding to a domestic violence call. The original video posted by Harper featured [00:00:28] a photo that appeared to be New York Police Department (NYPD) officers lined up outside this police officer’s funeral.

In the same video, Harper also said [00:00:35]: “I can’t wait. I’m looking for the next cop funeral. I’m gonna f**k it up, bro! I’m telling you. I’m gonna f**k that s**t up. That’ll make news ASAP!...You n**gers better not die no time soon because I’m gonna f***k your funeral up, you stinking a** b**ches!”

Harper added [00:00:53]: “Son, that’s gonna be my new threat to them. I can’t wait for one of y’all to die, so I can f**k your funeral up, nigga!...Man, f**k them, bro!”

Arrested Multiple Times

As of January 31, 2022, Harper had reportedly been arrested three times in New York City.

On December 8, 2020, Harper was also reportedly charged with “making terroristic threats and menacing in the third degree.”

On June 5, 2021, Harper was also reportedly charged with “unlawful assembly.”

9/12/2021 - Participating in Pro-Terror WOL Rally

On September 12, 2021, Terrell participated [slide 4] in a WOL protest titled: “Globalize the Intifada.” The rally was in “support of the 6 prison breakers and ALL Palestinian prisoners.”

On September 6, 2021, six Palestinian prisoners escaped from the maximum-security Gilboa Prison in Israel. The escaped prisoners were convicted members of the terror organizations Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, who were jailed for their involvement in attacks carried out during the second intifada. All were recaptured by September 19, 2021, by Israeli authorities.

“Globalize the Intifada” is an anti-Israel campaign launched by Within Our Lifetime (WOL) in the summer of 2021, intended as an “ongoing strike at the heart of empire [sic] with Palestine as its compass.” The movement seeks to “break free from the genocidal grip of U.S. imperialism and Zionism” and advocates “liberation by any means necessary.”

In their post, WOL referred to the convicted terrorists as “freedom fighters” and “heroes.”

At the protest, anti-Israel activists chanted [00:07:45]: “1, 2, 3, 4! Open up the prison doors! 5, 6, 7, 8! Smash the settler Zionist state!” and [00:00:47]: “There is only one solution, Intifada revolution!” They also chanted [00:07:13]: “Israel, what do you say? How many kids did you kill today?”

At the rally, anti-Israel activists also chanted [slide 6]: “We want all of it! Hey, hey, ho, ho! The state of Israel has got to go!” and: “Hey, Hey, ho, ho! Zionism has got to go!”

Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture.

5/18/2021 - Spreading Hatred of Israel at a WOL Rally

On May 18, 2021, Terrell participated [00:02:21] in an anti-Israel protest titled: “Emergency Rally to Defend Palestine.” The rally was organized by WOL and took place at the Israeli consulate in Manhattan, New York.

When interviewed at the rally, Harper said [00:03:18]: “As far as, like, what’s going on with the Israelis…I don’t know, man. I don’t see how they can get out there killing kids and stuff like that, man…What they are doing is not human being-like…”

At the rally, anti-Israel protesters held signs that said [00:33:07]: “STOP! All US Imperialist Support for Israel. STOP! Israeli Genocidal Attacks on Palestinians,” and [00:33:08]: “Imperialist AMERICA supports the GENOCIDE led by APARTHEID Israel.” They also chanted [00:33:13]: “Intifada, intifada! Long live the intifada!”

The term “intifada,” which translates from Arabic as “uprising” or “insurrection,” carries the connotation of violence. Palestinian intifadas waged against Israel have been marked since 1987 by hundreds of hijackings, shootings, stabbings, bombings and suicide missions.

On the same day, anti-Israel activists assaulted [00:00:03] two pro-Israel men.

Also on the same day as the protest, activists burned [00:24:45] an Israeli flag and chanted: “Burn that s**t! Burn that s**t!”

WOL held the rally during an Israeli operation against terrorists in Gaza.

In May 2021, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorists fired over 4,300 rockets from Gaza at major population centers in Israel. Israel responded by launching “Operation Guardian of the Walls (OGW),” carrying out targeted military strikes in Gaza.

Racism

On March 11, 2021, Harper said many times [00:00:06]: “soy sauce” and [00:00:28]: “goddamn cat eater” when speaking to an Asian American NYPD detective. The incident happened during a public demonstration against racism. He also told [00:00:17] the police officer to go “suck a dog’s d**k.” Harper also reportedly threatened the officer’s mother.

During the same incident, Harper reportedly asked if the police officer was “going to Judo chop” him.

Following this event, the Detectives’ Endowment Association (DEA) issued [image 2] a warrant for Harper’s arrest under the charges of “‘civil damages’ in connection with anti-Asian hate speech and verbal assault against an NYPD detective.” The attacked NYPD officer reportedly filed a “first-of-its-kind lawsuit over the racial attack.”

On February 28, 2022, the judge reportedly dismissed the lawsuit against Harper citing freedom of speech. The judge ruled that Harper was protected under his First Amendment rights, but suggested the attacked police officer and his lawyers should “take the issue to the legislature.

Hatred of the Police

On February 14, 2022, Harper posted on Instagram a video of himself with a megaphone, in which he said: “No more cops in the community! F**k the pigs!...F**k anybody that got that badge on!” In the video, Harper was addressing a police vehicle parked on the other side of the street.

On July 1, 2022, Harper posted on Instagram a video of himself filming police officers and addressing them saying: “Suckers, certified suckers! He said we are here to protest your stinking a** b**ches…” He also called police officers “p**sies” and “sissies.” In the Instagram post, Harper wrote: “...all the time!!🙌🏿🙌🏿✊🏿” in response to a post that said: “It’s sexy to curse at the police.”

On September 24, 2022, Harper posted [slide 2] on Instagram a photo of a sign that said: “Blue Lives Murder.” The sign also said in smaller letters: “ACAB.”

ACAB” is an acronym that stands for “All cops are bastards.”

On October 7, 2022, Harper posted on Instagram a photo of himself speaking to two on-duty police officers and wrote: “Oh y’all thought y’all got rid of me?! You b**ches is dumb!...zoom in on this pig…”

Support for a Violent Anti-Israel Agitator

On June 4, 2021, Harper shared on Instagram a video calling for “jail support” for violent anti-Israel agitator Saadah Masoud, following the events of an April 20, 2022 WOL rally, in which Masoud violently assaulted a Jewish counterprotester on a crutch.

In June 2022, Masoud was arrested for this assault and charged with a hate crime. That same day, he posted a $75,000 bond and was ordered by the court to be on “Home Detention” and to wear “Location Monitoring Technology.”

On July 27, 2022, Masoud posted on Instagram a photo of himself doing a handshake with Harper. In the post, Masoud wrote: “Yo shout out to my man @relly_rebel man he’s in these streets fighting oppression everywhere. He was there helping push my paperwork through when i was in bookings I’m proud to call you a Comrade / 📸: @weunf**ktheworld.”

WOL

Within Our Lifetime (WOL) is a pro-terror activist group in New York City dedicated to Israel’s destruction within the lifetime of its members.

Acts of violence and physical confrontations with police have frequently occurred at WOL protests and marches. WOL uses harassment campaigns to target pro-Israel organizations or companies that do business with Israel, making it a part of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

Multiple activists who have either burned Israeli flags or led chants at WOL rallies were later jailed for violent anti-Semitic hate crimes, including Saadah Masoud and Waseem Awawdeh. In Masoud’s case, he received 18 months in jail for an anti-Semitic assault at an April 2022 WOL rally and two other anti-Semitic assaults in 2021.

WOL promotes “resistance” against Israel “by any means necessary,” calls to “Globalize the Intifada,” spreads incitement and idolizes [00:34:06] Palestinian terrorists like Leila Khaled and others at rallies and online events.

WOL was founded by Nerdeen Kiswani and Dan Cione in 2015. Kiswani is a frequent speaker at WOL rallies where she has promoted terrorism against Israelis and called for the death of Zionists. She has also provided support for Masoud and other activists following their arrests.

WOL began as the New York City chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), going by NYC SJP, but changed its name in 2018. The group is not found to be registered in any U.S. state as a nonprofit organization under its official name. Nor is there any listing for WOL under its name on the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) website for tax-exempt organizations.
