Seema Badar [Seema Khan Badar] participated in two anti- Israel events in San Jose, California in 2023 and 2024.

The profilee's activism occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.

As of July 2025, Seema Badar was listed as the director of development at Secure Justice, headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area.

As of March 2026, Seema Badar's LinkedIn said she was the development coordinator for the California chapter of the Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR), known as CAIR-CA, from June 2021 to June 2023.

As of the same date, Seema Badar's LinkedIn said she was a "Democratic State Central Committee Delegate" for the California Democratic Party. She was also listed as the "Co-Chair Legislative Committee" for the Alameda County Democratic Central Committee.

The event was in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement. The outcome of the movement's goals would result in Israel's destruction. Within hours of the October 7, 2023, terror attacks, the BDS movement renewed its call for an anti-Israel boycott.
