Spreading Anti-Israel Conspiracy Theories
On September 22, 2017, Kutty published an article describing a conspiracy where “Arab dictatorships, Israel, the United States and Russia” were all colluding to silence the Al-Jazeera news network.Kutty specifically defended Al-Jazeera’s alleged defense of terrorists, including Osama bin Laden, arguing that no “serious news agency would turn away from such scoops or exclusive news footage.”
In the same article, Kutty claimed that “many Israeli outlets engage in unbridled Zionist propaganda and promote anti-Palestinian hate with impunity.”
In a 2009 article, titled: “Hindu Extremists Seek Ties with Israel and Its U.S. Lobby,” Kutty described a conspiracy between religious extremists in India and Zionists, lobbying for power and foreign aid from the United States.
In the article, Kutty listed unfounded allegations of Israeli interference in Indian politics including “the rise in anti-Muslim sentiments in India with the resumption of relations with Israel” and then went on to charge that those instances led to the “conclusion by Hindu extremists that Israel is the key to the Washington door.”
CAIR Affiliation
As of May 2019, Kutty’s LinkedIn page said, he “co-founded and served as vice-chair and legal counsel to the Canadian chapter of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).”According to an article published on March 14, 2017, Kutty “co-founded and served as vice-chair and legal counsel to the Canadian chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), now renamed National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM)”

WAMY Affiliation
In an article published on November 24, 2014, Kutty was quoted defending the World Assembly for Muslim Youth (WAMY), characterizing it as “a very respected organization.”In response to allegations that the organization was affiliated with terrorism: “Kutty said WAMY is a ‘very respected organization’ and people ‘would be shocked’ to hear allegations linking it with terrorism.”
WAMY is a Muslim youth and student organization that was founded in Saudi Arabia in 1972.
In testimony given to the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States: “WAMY pays for promising students to continue their Islamic education at radical madrassahs in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, and the affiliates of WAMY have been used provide cover or logistical support to Islamic terrorists.”
Since its establishment, WAMY has reportedly published literature pushing for “the Islamic Jihad's quest for Muslim dominion over all the world” and encouraging “religious hatred and violence against Jews, Christians, Shi’a and Ashaari Muslims.”
On October 29, 2002, WAMY held a Muslim Youth and Globalization Conference, at which Khaled Mashal, political head of Hamas, was the featured guest.
CAIR
CAIR describes itself as a “grassroots civil rights and advocacy group” and “America's largest Muslim civil liberties organization, with regional offices nationwide.” Its official mission is “enhance understanding of Islam, protect civil rights, promote justice, and empower American Muslims.”
CAIR reportedly has “significant ties” to the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as Hamas. A number of former CAIR employees have been convicted on fraud and terrorism-related charges that resulted monetary fines, jail terms and, sometimes, deportation.
CAIR was founded in 1994 and opened its first office in Washington, DC, with the help of a $5,000 donation from the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), a charity founded by Mousa Abu Marzook.
Marzook, who was listed as a "Specially Designated Terrorist" by the U.S. Treasury Department in 1995, is reportedly a senior member of Hamas.
In May 2007, CAIR was listed as an “unindicted co-conspirator” in a U.S.-filed action against the HLF for providing funds to Hamas.
CAIR was also listed as a terrorist entity by the United Arab Emirates, in 2014.
