Mirah Wood
Mirah Wood has called for the destruction of America and Israel, expressed support for Hamas terrorism and promoted violence against white people, Zionists and the police. Wood has also spread anti-Semitism.
As of August 2025, Wood was listed as the administrator of The Babochki Collective, a fund managed by communist financier James Chambers to support "bail for anyone from *any group* facing state repression."
As of the same date, Wood's X bio said she was a member of the International Committee of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA). She described herself on her X bio as a "marxist, communist and friend of revolutionaries." She has been active with the DSA since at least 2018.
Given Wood’s role in the DSA, she is part of DSA’s network, which includes 2025 New York City mayoral candidate and DSA member Zohran Mamdani.
Mamdani's anti-America and far-left activist network, which includes the DSA, helped him win the 2025 Democratic Party primary. He won the general election in November 2025.
DSA's ideology includes anti-American and abolitionist elements. DSA justified Hamas murdering 1,200 Israelis on October 7, 2023. Notable members are activist Linda Sarsour and Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib.
Wood has also praised America's enemies and spread hatred of the police, white people, Israel and Zionists. Wood has engaged in anti-Israel activism and is a supporter of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.
In June 2025, Wood posted on X that she was located in Seattle, WA.
On September 10, 2024, Wood posted on X: "preemptive death to america for this section."
On February 5, 2025, Wood posted on X: "Glad we agree Amerikkka should be destroyed we all have unity over one great and necessary project for humanity."
The term “Amerikkka” uses the initials of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) as a way to demonize America as “fascist or racist.”
On June 4, 2025, Wood posted on X, calling for the boycott of America: "trash nation, bds the USA."
On June 13, 2025, Wood posted on X: "there's always room to say death to israel and death to America."
As of August 2025, Wood's username on X read: "![]()

The inverted red triangle is a symbol showing support for Hamas and Palestinian terrorism. It was first used by Hamas during the October 7, 2023, Hamas terror attacks to signify an Israeli target.
On April 13, 2024, when Iran shot hundreds of missiles at Israel, Wood posted on X: "if you failed to support Palestinian resistance properly on oct 7th this is your best 2nd shot..."
Among Palestinians and anti-Israel activists, the term “resistance” is a euphemism for nationalistic terror and is used to glorify and encourage anti-Israel and anti-Semitic violence.
On October 7, 2023, Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, kidnapped hundreds and wounded thousands. War crimes included mass rape and torture. Many Palestinian civilians participated in and supported the attacks, and Gazans working in the targeted Israeli communities gave intelligence to Hamas on where to strike.
For more information, see the Canary Mission page on Hamas.
On December 15, 2024, Wood posted on X: "Hamas is still killing Israeli soldiers despite the utter devastation of Gaza. If that isn't a triumph I don't know what is. But I do know the resistance and the global south generally deserves better allies than the ones it finds in the forever skeptical US 'left.'"
On September 6, 2018, Wood posted on X: "BBQ white men."
Between 2018 and 2023, Wood called for jihad multiple times.
On April 21, 2024, Wood posted on X: "Shut up baby killer, genocidaires deserve the gulag," in response to a user who criticized anti-Israel chants.
The Gulag was a network of thousands of forced-labor prison camps established across the USSR in 1930, during the rule of communist dictator Joseph Stalin. Political prisoners, including women and children, accounted for about 70 percent of its inmates. Gulag camps were generally located in remote areas in Siberia and the Arctic, where prisoners were starved and tortured. By 1956, tens of millions of "enemies of the people" had been incarcerated in the Gulag and an estimated 1.6-15 million killed there.
On January 19, 2025, Wood posted on X: "nazi zionists will be hunted the world over, kiss vacations goodbye."
Wood reposted an August 10, 2025 post on X featuring a graphic that read: "KILL ALL WHITE PEOPLE."
On August 25, 2023, Wood posted on X, saying she would put firefighters "in gulag" if they "behave like cops."
On January 8, 2025, Wood posted on X: "Israelis are Nazis."
The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.
On February 10, 2025, Wood posted on X: "...The us is a zionist police state."
The assertion that Jews secretly control the Western governments through banking and finance is traced to the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a fabricated anti-Semitic text that portrays wealthy Jews as conspiring to take over the world. This anti-Semitic conspiracy theory has often employed the imagery from Nazi cartoons that depict Jews as octopuses encircling the globe.
On August 9, 2025, Wood posted on X, equating weapons sales to Israel to providing armaments to Nazi Germany.
On October 5, 2024, Wood posted on X: "Seattle gathers to mark a year of genocide and rally in support of Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen and all peoples resisting US-led zionist murder. Long live the resistance!"
On April 13, 2024, Wood posted on X, referring to Israel: "my full solidarity with iran as it retaliates against the zionist entity."
On April 14, 2024, Iran fired “Over 350 ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, armed drones and rockets” toward Israel in an unprecedented attack. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and several international partners intercepted 99% of the projectiles. The IDF named the operation Iron Shield. The missile attack took place during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Iranian media claimed the attack was in retaliation for an alleged Israeli strike on an Iranian consular building in Damascus, Syria, earlier that month. The Damascus attack killed several members of the designated terrorist organization Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), including a senior commander and a brigadier general.
In the same April 13, 2024 thread, Wood also wrote, referring to the "Axis of Resistance": "iran has armed and trained the forces that are fighting this genocide and is quite firmly on the right side of history in this conflict. western leftists must also support iran."
The Axis of Resistance is an informal coalition of Iran-backed paramilitary actors in the Middle East created in the 1980s. The network includes Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis and Shiite militia groups in Iraq and Syria. Axis members receive arms, military training and financial aid from Tehran. The group participated in the October 7, 2023 attack on Israel, supported Syria's Assad regime and perpetrated numerous acts of terrorism in the region.
On June 11, 2025, Wood wrote on X, referring to America: "ACAB includes the troops, f**k this empire."
The terms "empire" and "belly of the beast" are both euphemisms that anti-American activists use to describe the U.S. To learn more, see Canary Mission's campaign Bringing the War Home.
On January 12, 2025, Wood posted on X: "F**k you cracker."
“Cracker” is a derogatory term used in reference to white people.
On October 7, 2023, the day Hamas terrorists attacked Israel, Wood posted on X: "IN SUPPORT OF PALESTINE / DEMONSTRATION...JOIN US TOMORROW, to stand in unity & support of Palestinians’ rights and freedom!..."
On November 13, 2023, Wood participated [photo 1] in an anti-Israel protest organized by Palestine Action U.S., a group that has called "for police officers to be set on fire" and defines itself as an "anti-imperialist propaganda front bringing the war home and building the international popular cradle of resistance."
For more information on how the anti-Israel movement aims to bring the war to America, check out Canary Mission's campaign titled: "Bringing the War Home."
On July 25, 2025, Wood posted on X: "Seattle friends and comrades please join us to bang pots and pans at Greenlake Park tomorrow from 7:30 am -7:30 pm in solidarity with the people in Gaza being starved by Israel and the US government..."
Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is America’s largest socialist organization. Its core ideology includes anti-American, anti-Israel, anti-Western and abolitionist elements.
Following the October 7, 2023, Hamas terror attacks against Israel, DSA condemned Israel, expressed support for Hamas, endorsed anti-Israel rallies and called for members to engage in anti-Israel activism. It condemned Israeli retaliatory attacks against the IRGC and Hezbollah, as well as the U.S. attacks against the Houthi terror organization, whose slogan reads: "...Death to America / Death to Israel / A Curse upon the Jews...”
DSA first endorsed the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement in 2017 and it has also condemned sanctions against countries like Iran and Cuba.
The group endorses far-left politicians on the local, state and federal levels. DSA also promotes anti-Israel agitators, including DSA members Rashida Tlaib, Zohran Mamdani and Linda Sarsour.
Young Democratic Socialists of America (YDSA), DSA’s youth section active in high schools and colleges, has co-organized anti-Israel protests across the U.S. since October 7, 2023, particularly the April 2024 pro-terror encampments on university campuses.
The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by pro-terror activist Omar Barghouti in 2005 to turn “Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.” Barghouti has also called for Israel's destruction and the BDS movement demands would result in that same goal.
BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.
The movement’s most notable achievement has been infiltrating university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments propose resolutions to boycott or divestment from Israel or Israeli-affiliated entities. BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents and pro-terror activism on campus.
