Max Mintz
Max Mintz reportedly signed an anti-Israel statement in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.
The January 15, 2024 statement Max Mintz signed accused Israel of an “ongoing genocide of Palestinians in Gaza” as well as “apartheid [and] ethnic cleansing,” during its war against Hamas.
Signatories were affiliated with the State University of New York (SUNY), and the statement sought to develop “a SUNY-wide Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) Movement…at all 64 SUNY campuses.”
At the time of the signing of the statement, Max Mintz was listed as "Alumni" of SUNY College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry (SUNY ESF).
As of April 2026, Max Mintz's LinkedIn said he studied environmental resources engineering at SUNY ESF from January 2022 through December 2023. SUNY ESF is located in Syracuse, New York.
As of the same date, Max Mintz's LinkedIn also said he had been a land protection manager at the Tug Hill Tomorrow Land Trust, located in Watertown, New York, since May 2024.
