Luc Teyssier participated in an anti-Israel protest during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists, launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks.

As of the same day, Luc Teyssier was listed online as having graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) with a master's degree in social work. Teyssier's LinkedIn said he graduated in 2023.

On March 2, 2024, PSL Philly and other anti-Israel organizations held an anti-Israel protest at Philadelphia’s City Hall. Protesters also blocked traffic on the Benjamin Franklin Bridge going between Philadelphia and New Jersey.
