John Ramondetta

Overview

John Ramondetta has spread anti-Semitism as well as racism. He was a scheduled speaker at the “Unite the Right” white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, VA in August 2017, under the alias “Johnny Monoxide.” He has also promoted conspiracy theories.

Following the Charlottesville rally, Ramondetta was reportedly fired from his job as an electrician at Rosendin Electric, in San Francisco.

As of February 2020, Ramondetta’s Gab.com bio said he was “Host” of “The Paranormies Present: The Ahnenerbe Hour,” a podcast on the white nationalist media network The Right Stuff, since 2016. His bio also said he was the “Cohost” of “This Week in White Genocide and Mike and the Mad Wop.”

Ahnenerbe was the name of a project created by Nazi leader Heinrich Himmler, to research the archaeological and cultural history of the Aryan race.

Ramondetta has also featured as a guest on The Right Stuff podcast The Daily Shoah (TDS). Shoah is the Hebrew term for the Holocaust.

In 2016, Ramondetta was reportedly the host of the “The Current Year Tonight,” a podcast on The Right Stuff.

In August 2013, Ramondetta was reportedly arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, and had a prior DUI conviction in 2012.”

In 2017, Ramondetta reportedly live-streamed events in the Bay Area in California forIdentity Evropa (IE), the white nationalist campus organization. IE rebranded itself as the American Identity Movement (AIM) in March 2019.

Ramondetta has used the alias “Johnny Monoxide” on Twitter.

Spreading Anti-Semitism

In a May 11, 2016 interview with the Swedish white nationalist website, Red Ice TV, Ramondetta said [00:04:29]: “I grew up on the east coast and I grew up in a neighborhood where there were a lot of Jews…I guess I have always been redpilled on the Jews.”

The term “Red Pilled” originates from the movie The Matrix and represents an awakening, “but one that could be difficult and painful.”

Ramondetta continued [00:04:40]: “When I was growing up we always had the neighbors who would try to get some of the goys to come over and do stuff for them on the weekends, on Saturdays. Like ‘can you do this for me and I’ll give you a couple of dollars tomorrow?’”

Ramondetta went on [00:04:51]: “And I’d come home and say ‘dad, Mrs. Lowenstein said that if I did this she would give me two dollars.’ My dad said: ‘Never work for a f**kin’ Jew ‘cause you’re not gonna get your money!’ And I never got my money.”

Ramondetta added [00:05:04]: “...And we’re Italian, and Italians tend to… especially on the east coast we tend to have a little…I don’t know if it’s a natural racism…So I’ve kinda always never trusted a Jew my whole life.”

Spreading Racism

On June 30, 2017, Ramondetta said [00:30:46] during an episode of TDS: “Now come on, beating up the wrong negro…is that even a possibility? Beat up the wrong n**ger…”

Ramondetta also said [00:33:13]: “I’ve fought n**gers quite a few times in my life and literally, it’s always a haymaker. They don’t have a jab. The only one who has a jab is Mayweather and because he gets paid for it.”

A “haymaker” is a term, usually used in boxing, to refer to a powerful punch.

Ramondetta continued [00:33:23]: “Like every other n**ger is a f**kin’ haymaker…if you can take a punch like most white people can, you’re good.”

Speaker at the “Unite the Right” Rally

On June 16, 2017, Ramondetta featured under his alias “Johnny Monoxide” on a flyer posted on Twitter by white nationalist leader Richard Spencer, as a scheduled speaker at the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, VA in August 2017.

The “Unite the Right” rally took place in Charlottesville, Virginia, on August 12, 2017, with many far-right groups participating such as the National Socialist Movement (NSM) and League of the South (LS). White nationalist leader Richard Spencer organized the rally to protest the planned removal of a statue of Confederate general Robert E. Lee. Violence erupted at the rally, with one counterprotester killed and at least 33 others injured.

Promoting Conspiracy Theories

In Remondetta’s May 11, 2016 interview with the Red Ice TV, Ramondetta said [00:05:22]: “...the Holocaust story never completely made sense to me and the more I got into it as an adult...”

Remondetta continued [00:05:29]: “...even the conspiracy stuff, like when I was getting into 9/11 and who was doing this, and the Mossad and all the different ties there, I realized how bad Israel really was. And...you know...WW2 revisionism just blew my mind.”

The “Mossad” is the national intelligence agency of Israel.

Identity Evropa - American Identity Movement

Identity Evropa (IE) is an American white nationalist campus organization, founded in March of 2016, by Nathan Damigo. Following the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville in August 2017, Eli Mosley took over IE’s leadership as the CEO of the organization.

IE rebranded itself in March 2019 as the American Identity Movement (AIM) under the new leadership of Patrick Casey.

In August 2017, IE reportedly had “450 dues-paying members on dozens of campuses.” As of the same date, IE was based in Oakdale, California.

IE is known for its anti-Semitic leadership, for partnering with other white nationalist organizations and for its provocative disruptions and public rallies. A slogan often used by the organization, “You Will Not Replace Us,” was used as a call to action against people of color.

The chant became well-known following the violent Charlottesville, Virginia rallies of August 11-12, 2017. At the rally, participants chanted “Jews will not replace us!,” “f**k you faggots!” and “Blood and Soil!" — an English variation of a popular Nazi-era German chant “blut und boden.”

IE campus activism features distinct posters showing white Greek and Roman marble statues and slogans like “PROTECT YOUR HERITAGE” and “OUR DESTINY IS OURS.”

Identity Evropa tweets the hashtag “#FashTheCity,” using the term “Fash” as short for fascist.
