Terror Support (PFLP, Hamas)
On November 10, 2014, Khokher tweeted about the immigration fraud trial of Rasmea Odeh: “I will never forget that courtroom for as long as I live. #JusticeForRasmea may not have been found today. But it will be one day.”Odeh was a key military operative [00:02:08]with the designated terrorist organization Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). In 1969, she masterminded a supermarket bombing that killed two college students and attempted to bomb the British consulate in Jerusalem. In 1970, Odeh was sentenced to life imprisonment for her role in both bombings, but was released after 10 years. She later moved to the United States but was stripped of U.S. citizenship, deported to Jordan and banned for life from reentering the U.S. for immigration fraud.

Hatred of Zionists
On July 20, 2014, Khokher tweeted: “Zionists: One day you'll have to hide your bigotry instead of displaying it proudly.”Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture.

On July 30, 2014, during Israel’s Operation Protective Edge (OPE) against Hamas, Khokher tweeted: “I'm really dreading going back to my Zionist school where blond frat boys are going to pretend they're so civilized & justify this massacre.”
Israel commenced OPE in July 2014 to stop rocket fire targeting Israeli civilians and to destroy Hamas attack tunnels.
On August 5, 2014, Khokher tweeted: “Ppl who need a Zionist speaker 4 every Pro-Palestine speaker: Do you also invite the KKK [Ku Klux Klan] when talking abt black oppression? #balanced #fair.”

Anti-Israel Activism (SJP)
On May 7, 2015, Khokher posted a flyer on Facebook for Israeli Apartheid Week (IAW) at Northwestern. IAW was organized by NU SJP and held from May 11, 2015, through May 15, 2015.Israeli Apartheid Week (IAW) is presented as “an international series of events that seek to raise awareness of…Israel’s settler-colonial project and apartheid system over the Palestinian people” and build support for the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.
Khokher captioned the SJP IAW flyer, writing: “#SeniorGift / Israeli Apartheid Week at Northwestern 5/11-5/15 / Mock Israeli checkpoint and Mexico-U.S. Border Patrol / Hasta la Victoria Siempre ! The Palestine-Puerto Rico Connection / A Night of Cultural Resistance / Pinkwashing 101 / Colonial Zionism and The Meaning of Nakba / Nakba Day Vigil.”
Israeli checkpoints were built to prevent terror attacks, such as suicide bombings, against Israel's civilian population.
“Pinkwashing” is a claim that Israel advocates manipulate the LGBTQ community in order to garner support for Israel.
The term “Nakba” is generally translated as “catastrophe” in Arabic, referring to the outcome of the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. It is a term often used to delegitimize the creation of the State of Israel by defining it as a catastrophe.
Khokher’s post’s caption contained links to the Facebook event pages for every event scheduled for NU’s IAW. The phrase “Hasta la Victoria Siempre [Ever Onward To Victory]” is associated with Marxist guerrilla leader Che Guevara.
On May 11, 2015, Khokher attended an anti-Israel event that was part of NU SJP’s IAW titled: “Hasta la Victoria Siempre! The Palestine-Puerto Rico Connection w/ La Respuesta Magazine!” The event description stated: “From Puerto Rico to Palestine, communities continue living under occupation.”
On May 12, 2015, Khokher posed as a “Palestinian” being detained by an “IDF Soldier,”during a Mock Apartheid Wall event held by NU SJP as part of their IAW. IDF stands for the Israeli Defense Forces. A Jewish student reportedly filed a complaint with the school for being harassed at the event when he tried to film it.
Also on May 12, 2015, Khokher attended an anti-Israel event titled: “A Night of Cultural Resistance” that was part of NU SJP’s IAW. The Facebook event description called terrorist Ghassan Kanafani a “renowned cultural figure” and said he “used arts and culture” as “‘weapons’ of resistance.”
Kanafani was a leading member and spokesperson for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) during the terrorist organization’s early years. Kanafani announced the PFLP’s responsibility for the Lod Airport Massacre of May 1972 and was linked to the airport attackers. The attack killed 26 people and wounded 80 others.
Among Palestinians and anti-Israel activists, the term “resistance” can be a euphemism for nationalistic terror. It is often used to excuse or even glorify anti-Israel and anti-Semitic violence.
On January 29, 2015, Khokher reportedly co-organized and attended an anti-Israel NU Divest lecture featuring anti-Israel activist Brant Rosen. Rosen was an activist with the anti-Israel organization Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP).
On January 23, 2015, Khokher reportedly planned and attended an anti-Israel event titled: “Palestine 101.” The event was hosted by NU SJP and NU Divest.
At the event, NU SJP reportedly provided “a breakdown of tools of resistance and oppression,” and put forth vocabulary for framing discussions of Palestine. The event facilitators reportedly “explained the meanings of a few Arabic words and defined others. For example, ‘nakba’ means catastrophe, and refers to the establishment of the state of Israel...”
On May 9, 2013, while reportedly serving as Vice President of McSA, Khokher attended a lecture hosted by McSA, which featured anti-Israel activist and SJP founder Hatem Bazian.
SJP
SJP is a student organization engaged in anti-Israel activity on North American college and university campuses.
The first chapter of SJP was founded in 2001 at the University of California at Berkeley by Professor Hatem Bazian. Bazian has spread classic anti-Semitism, reportedly promoted religious anti-Semitism and defended the Hamas terror group. In 2004, Bazian called for “intifada” in America.
SJP organizes anti-Israel campaigns, including running annual Israel Apartheid Weeks, often in collaboration with Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) and Muslim Students Association (MSA) campus chapters.
SJP has been a major force in pushing the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement on campuses. Chapters have initiated dozens of BDS resolutions in student governments, which have been proposed on or around Jewish holidays, a time when many Jewish students are off-campus.
SJP activists have reportedly physically assaulted, intimidated and harassed Jewish students, disrupted pro-Israel campus events and demonized pro-Israel campus organizations.
Chapters have often endorsed and campaigned for numerous terrorists and whitewashed terrorism.
BDS
The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by Omar Barghouti in 2005 to challenge “international support for Israeli apartheid and settler-colonialism.” BDS is an allegedly “Palestinian-led movement,” although leading BDS activists have admitted [00:01:01] this is not true.
One of the demands of BDS includes [point 3] what is generally known as the “right of return,” a demand discredited as a way to eliminate Israel. Barghouti said the “right of return” is a means to “end Israel’s existence as a Jewish state.”
Barghouti has said that BDS “aims to turn Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.”
In his activism, Barghouti has also said [00:05:55] regarding Israel: “Definitely, most definitely, we oppose a Jewish state in any part of Palestine. No…rational Palestinian, not a sellout Palestinian, will ever accept a Jewish state in Palestine.”
The movement has been linked to numerous terrorist organizations and received a public endorsement from Hamas in 2017.
BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.
The movement’s most notable achievement has been the infiltration of university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments and student groups, backed by their own anti-Israel members and affiliates, have proposed resolutions on some form of boycott of, or divestment from, Israel and Israeli-affiliated entities.
Boycott resolutions, although non-binding, have been passed by student governments on numerous North American campuses.
BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents on campus. On one campus, when the student government debated a BDS resolution, reports emerged of violent threats against those opposing it.
