Gray Tuttle

Overview

Gray Tuttle is a professor at Columbia University (Columbia) who justified the Hamas terrorist war crimes of October 7, 2023.

The incident occurred about three weeks after the terror group’s atrocities and war crimes against Israeli civilians, including mass murder, torture, rape, beheadings and kidnappings, which were executed on October 7, 2023.

The terror attacks left over 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron,” which was going on when Tuttle signed [p. 3] a Columbia faculty statement justifying Hamas terrorism.

As of March 31, 2024, Tuttle was listed on the Columbia website as the “Leila Hadley Luce Professor of Modern Tibetan Studies, Department of East Asian Languages & Cultures.” Columbia is located in New York, New York.

Also as of March 31, 2024, Tuttle was listed online as a member of the Buddhist Digital Resource Center (BDRC).

As of the same date, Tuttle’s LinkedIn profile said he received a PhD in Asian history from Harvard University (Harvard) in 2002.

As of the same date, Tuttle’s LinkedIn said he was located in Flanders, New Jersey.
