On October 7, 2023, the day Hamas perpetrated its atrocities against Israelis, Evans tweeted: “Killing Israeli soldiers is justified resistance.”

Evans’s tweet was in response to an attached tweet from the same day that said: “More videos coming from Hamas of the first attack this morning when they breached the border fence. Won't show because of how graphic they are but there is one shot where an entire room full of IDF [Israel Defense Forces] soldiers appears to have been massacred.”

On October 8, 2023, Evans tweeted: “I think it’s also worth mentioning that while Hamas has killed many civilians, they’re also fighting Israeli occupation forces, and that’s completely justified. Let’s not get that lost in all of this.”

On November 14, 2023, Evans tweeted: “A march for Israel is a march for genocide.”

As of February 22, 2024, Evans’s LinkedIn profile said he had been working as a content manager at Leadgenix, an internet marketing service, since July 2022. His LinkedIn also said he had been working as a writer at Substack since October 2021.

As of the same date, Evans’s LinkedIn said he studied “Communication” at Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYU-Idaho) from 2016 to 2019 and attended Utah Valley University (UVU) from 2011 to 2012.

BYU-Idaho is located in Rexburg, Idaho, and UVU is located in Orem, Utah.

As of February 22, 2024, Evans’s LinkedIn said he was located in American Fork, Utah.
