As of June 2018, Shaheen’s Facebook page said that she “Studies Communications” at Sonoma State University (SSU).

Anti-Jewish Social Media Posts

On May 4, 2016, Shaheen tweeted: “I was so desperate to find another class that fit my schedule that I almost took a Jewish studies class lmao.”

On March 20, 2015, Shaheen tweeted: “My religion class is making me go to a Jewish temple or I have to write a 5 paragraph essay. 5 paragraph essay it is 💀🌚⛄️”

On December 4, 2014, Shaheen tweeted: “So many yahood [Jews] in the industry it makes me feel uncomfy #frickoff.”

Spreading Hatred of Israel

On June 29, 2017, Shaheen tweeted: “I can't stand those Facebook and Instagram posts of locals on their summer trips to israel the captions get me soooooo heated.”

On June 27, 2017, Shaheen tweeted: “Seeing Gal Godat on the cover of magazines make my eyes burn.” Shaheen added: “She's literally a zionist and supports the death of innocent people and she was chosen as your WONDER WOMAN WHAT A JOKEEEE 💀💀💀”

On October 12, 2015, during a wave of terror attacks against Israeli civilians, known as the Knife intifada, Shaheen tweeted: “The world needs to WAKE UP & see what Israel is doing to innocent Palestinians. But no, topics like these make mainstream TV ‘look bad’.”

October 2015 saw an upsurge in violence across Israel incited by Palestinian political and religious leaders. The wave of stabbings — known as the “Knife Intifada” — saw young Palestinians throughout the country stabbing and attempting to stab Israeli civilians.

On July 17, 2014, Shaheen tweeted: “Israel is now using poising gas to kill Palestinians. I am so speechless and disgusted.”

On July 14, 2014, Shaheen tweeted: “We don't even have enough money for our own cities in America yet we have money to give to Israel to kill Palestinians. F**king sick.”

On July 12, 2014, during Israel’s Operation Protective Edge (OPE), Shaheen tweeted: “Petition for Palestine. #FreePalestine #EndTheGenocide http://instagram.com/p/qXY3wYTbhn/”

Israel commenced Operation Protective Edge (OPE) in July 2014, to stop rocket fire targeting Israeli civilians and to destroy Hamas attack tunnels.
