On January 22, 2024, PPC and other activist groups held an anti-Israel rally in Philadelphia to protest Israel’s war against Hamas. Besan Zeidan, a local anti-Israel activist, spoke at the rally where she spread hatred of America.
The flyer on the Instagram post promoting the event read: “Protesting Media Suppresion[sic], Silence, and Complicity in the Genocide of Palestinians.” The post said: “Answering the global call from Gaza, we kick off a week of strike...Join us Monday 1/22 at 2PM outside of Fox 29 (3rd & Market) as we protest against the Western media.”
