Aisha Asad

Aisha Asad was vice president of a Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) chapter that expressed support for Hamas terrorists and hatred of Israel in October 2023 during an Israeli war against Hamas.

In October 2023, Asad was reportedly the vice president of the SJP chapter at Loyola University Chicago (SJP LUC). In November 2023, SJP LUC promoted the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

Asad’s SJP chapter showed support for Hamas on the day of a series of Hamas terror atrocities and war crimes against Israeli civilians, including mass murder, torture, rape, beheadings, and kidnappings, which were executed on October 7, 2023. The terror attacks left over 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.”

Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., Canada, European Union, Israel and other countries. Founded in 1987, it has killed thousands of Israeli civilians through mass shootings and suicide bombings. Hamas has also kidnapped children, families and the elderly and held them hostage in Gaza. It has desecrated [slide 7] dead bodies and launched numerous rocket attacks against Israeli civilians.

As of February 2024, Asad’s LinkedIn profile said she was studying for a bachelor's degree in political science and government at LUC. She was slated to graduate in 2024.

As of the same date, Asad’s Facebook page said she was located in Chicago, Illinois. However, as of the same date, Asad’s LinkedIn said she was located in Gurnee, Illinois, which is in the Chicago area.
