Ahmad El-Shakshir is a gun enthusiast who has called for violence against Jews and expressed support for terrorists.
El-Shakshir's incidents occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.
In April 2025, Ahmad El-Shakshir's since-deleted LinkedIn profile said he worked as a customer service representative at H.E.B and worked part-time as a package handler at FedEx.
Ahmad El-Shakshir's LinkedIn said he graduated from Houston Community College (HCC) with an associate's degree in business administration and management in January 2020, and that he was located in Katy, Texas.
On May 9, 2024, El-Shakshir posted on Instagram a photo of himself lying in bed while holding a rifle and showing his middle finger to the camera.
On May 15, 2024, El-Shakshir posted on Instagram a photo of himself holding a firearm, while wearing a keffiyeh.

On February 15, 2024, during Israel's war against Hamas terrorists, El-Shakshir posted on Instagram a screenshot with a translation of a verse from the Quran. The verse said in English: "Say, O Prophet, 'O Jews! If you claim to be Allah's chosen people out of all humanity, then wish for death, if what you say is true.'"
On October 7, 2023, Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, kidnapped 251 and wounded thousands. War crimes included various systematic sexual crimes like gang rape and genital mutilation. Men and women were violated, even after being murdered. Victims who survived that day, including hostages, endured forms of humiliation and torture.
Gazans working in the targeted Israeli villages provided intelligence to Hamas on which families to kill and torture, including long-time employers. Many Palestinian civilians joined in and celebrated the attacks. Hamas livestreamed their crimes on social media, including to victims’ accounts for families to see. On September 24, 2024, El-Shakshir posted on Instagram a video featuring footage of anti-Israel violence, including rock throwing and the use of firearms and explosives.
As of July 2025, during Israel's war against Hamas terrorists, El-Shakshir's Instagram bio said: "...Free Palestine ..."
“Free Palestine!” is a chant used to call for Israel's destruction, acting as a shorter version of "From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free!" It was shouted during multiple deadly attacks on pro-Israel activists in 2025 in America. It has been used to vandalize synagogues and other Jewish buildings, and has been described as a "battle cry for the death of Jews.”
On March 4, 2025, El-Shakshir posted on Instagram a photo of a Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorist holding a rifle with text that read: "O Allah, bring peace to their land and free them from oppression."
Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) is a terror group “whose objective is the destruction of the State of Israel and the establishment of a sovereign, Islamic Palestinian state.” PIJ is backed by Iran and has killed dozens of Israelis in suicide bombings and other attacks.
On January 31, 2025, El-Shakshir posted on Instagram a photo of released Israeli hostage Arbel Yehud surrounded by PIJ terrorists.
