Wunpini Mohammed
Wunpini Mohammed is a professor who expressed support for terrorism, called for Israel’s destruction and spread hatred of Israel during a war against Hamas terrorists, in late 2023 and early 2024.
As of October 2024, Mohammed, who also goes by Wunpini Fatimata Mohammed, was listed on the Cornell University (Cornell) website as an assistant professor in the Department of Communication. She was slated to begin teaching in the spring of 2025 and her areas of study include “decolonization, Dagbanli, epistemologies, social movements, marginalization, Ghana, and intersectionality.” Cornell is located in Ithaca, New York.
As of March 31, 2024, Mohammed was listed on the University of Georgia (UGA) website as an assistant professor of entertainment and media studies at the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. UGA is located in Athens, Georgia.
As of the same date, Mohammed’s LinkedIn profile said she received a PhD in mass communication and media studies from The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) in 2019.
Mohammed posted her anti-Israel remarks on social media in the wake of Hamas terror atrocities and war crimes against Israeli civilians, including mass murder, torture, rape, beheadings and kidnappings, which were executed on October 7, 2023.
The Hamas terror attacks left over 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.”
Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., Canada, European Union, Israel and other countries. Founded in 1987, it has killed thousands of Israeli civilians through mass shootings and suicide bombings. Hamas has also kidnapped children, families and the elderly and held them hostage in Gaza. It has desecrated [slide 7] dead bodies and launched numerous rocket attacks against Israeli civilians.
