Tara Faik participated in a pro-Hamas rally on October 8, 2023, one day after the murder of approximately 1,200 Israelis by Hamas on October 7, 2023. She has also expressed support for a terrorist online.
As of November 2024, Tara Faik’s LinkedIn profile said she worked part-time as an account executive at GEM Team, Inc., and was located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Temple University (Temple) with a bachelor’s degree in political science and government in 2018.
Also as of November 2024, Faik’s Instagram profile photo showed her wearing a shirt with a graphic of terrorist Leila Khaled holding a rifle.
Leila Khaled is a leading member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and participated in the hijacking of TWA Flight 840 in 1969 and El Al Flight 219 in 1970. As of 2017, Khaled was a member of PFLP's Political Bureau. Khaled has said that the second intifada failed because it was not violent enough, advocated [00:36:07] for the use of children in terror activities and compared Zionists to Nazis.
