Rachel Valinsky participated in at least one anti-Israel event in New York City in October 2023. The event was organized anti-Israel group Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP).
The profilee's activism occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.
As of October 2025, Rachel Valinsky's LinkedIn profile said she was director of publications at the Center for Art, Research and Alliances (CARA), located in New York City, since May 2023, as well as a part-time artistic director for Wendy's Subway, located in Brooklyn, since January 2018. Valinsky's LinkedIn said she was located in Brooklyn, New York.
